Hi all. Is it possible, in IFS Cloud 25R1, to connect a Request Contract to a Project? I have a Request Contract with an invocing plan and my customer want to see the invoicing plan in an Activity Project.In fact, in 25R1 is possible to connect a Work Order or a Work Task created from a Request Contract with anActivity Project, but we need to see both costs and revenues (from the Request Contract Invoicing Plan) in the Project.HELP!!Best regardsSergio.

Hello Experts,We are currently working on IFS 24R1 and have encountered an issue in Request Management → Work Task, specifically under the Material tab when using the Reserve/Unreserve → Reserve option [Service Management → Request Management → Request Task Handling → Request Work Task → Material Tab → Reserve/Unreserve → Reserve].Although the required part is available in one of the warehouses linked to the Site, the system does not allow reservation from this warehouse if it is not the same remote warehouse as specified on the Work Task. It throws an error and restricts reservation unless the part is available in that exact remote warehouse.However, I am able to reserve the same part using the Reserve Manually option under the same menu path. Hi All, I noticed that our HR users can fill Employee’s Education Details and Save it. But once HR user refresh the screen, it will become disappeared. But IFSAPP owner can see the entered record. I checked the permission set and all required permissions to the Education Tab have been given.Do we have any property to be enabled or ant other configuration? 

We are encountering an issue in our Installation Report workflow related to the picture capture sequence within the associated surveys. Below are the details:Surveys Involved: 857 — Installation data capture with initial pictures 858 — Contains the “More Equipment?” question after picture capture 316 — Additional picture capture survey triggered when required Issue Description:As per the expected behavior: The system should allow the user to capture 4 pictures in Survey 857 Then prompt the user via Survey 858 asking if they want to capture 4 more pictures If the user selects Yes, Survey 316 should start for the next set of 4 pictures If the user selects No, the survey should end Current Observed Behavior:We have configured the Next Survey field in the answer options as follows:

​@Alexander Heinze you’re my best bet on this matter. I’m working with a customer that’s using Apps10 and mWO for Service.They have 2 workflow configs which have:same filters same weight same sites, but applicable for different Maintenance Orgs each technician is connected to both sites but only one Maintenance Org.However, it seems like when JT assignment is transferred to mWO, the configuration is not applied.Do you know if maintenance org are also considered when the system determines which wf config to be applied? Or is just the site considered (in which case it’s obvious why there’s no wf config applied)?  MWO FR - applicable for TDGN & TDGW sites, but just for 2 maint orgs: MWO DE - applicabl

Hi All,I was able to successfully add an attachment image via CRM Companion, and I can also confirm it from IEE.However, the problem is that I cannot preview it in IEE.Am I missing something? Hello experts, I developed a workflow that reads customer order no from activity seq (order no is activity ID field) and retrieves email address from customer order or customer master then sends a confirmation email about activity finish date. The workflow works fine but i have a small issue with showing result message. When the order does not exist or when no email address found i want to end event with a message of detail issue. If the process is successful, i am showing the user a confirmation message with language and receiver’s email address with User Task (1 form field with read only option).My problem is when no order or no email address found. If i change end event type to IFS failure or terminate end event, i cannot add a command button because the command validation returns error. 

Hello, we currently are paying every time we pull something from Avalara. We have to upload a lot of addresses. Many times they aren’t used, but we’re paying everytime because it checks with Avalara. Is there a way to turn off the customer address > Avalara integration? Just on the creation of the address?Thanks in advance.

Dear All,Expect your valuable advice on this.I have come across this error in the cash box payment. The below mentioned error appears when we try to approve the cash box payment.As we investigate the issue further, the basic data were set accordingly and the there were no functional error with regards to the relevant transaction ID. And no customization done & this is standard IFS. Transaction Type -Direct Cash PaymentAs we checked from the backend /sql  we found there is link with the mixed payment table. Hence, we had to do small data repair and proceed with the transaction. Refer the below sql query for further understanding. I need to register a company in my client's environment using the Spain location, and in this registration, I need to enter the company's NIF code. The same situation applies to the registration of Spanish suppliers and customers.I looked in the Country Solution document for a field to enter this information but couldn't find one. Then, I searched the company, supplier, and customer registration screens, but I couldn't find it there either.Therefore, I would like to know if anyone who has previously implemented in Spain and/or is familiar with the Spanish localization can inform us in which field we should configure this information.

In IFS Cloud 24R2, SU6 - a core defect has been identified regarding status gauges.An option on the status gauge is to ‘Show as Percent’. Hi all, We plan to create a lobby for LTU Shop Floor user’s to control their own time registration. We are currently using the 24R2 SU1 release of IFS Cloud. Does anybody knows if granting a lobby page on the LTU permission set is allowed without breaking the licence and if future release of this permission won’t break and / or lock this functionality ? Thanks for your replies,

Hi All,Seeking your help here.I am trying to understand the order point calculation for one of my part. I have set up this part as planning method B and entered the lot size as 10.Purchase lead-time for this part is 10 days. No safety stock is maintained.When I run the “Calculate Planning Data” job for 10 periods but this part is only active for 4 periods and system calculate the order point as 22.258 with some decimals but I am struggling to understand how this is calculated. I checked the IFS help and it says below equation is used.Order point (pieces) = [Average demand (pieces/period)] * [Lead time (period) + Safety stock (pieces)]I checked the average demand from the inventory availability planning and it shows as 125. Not sure this is the correct place that I need to check.

Please check the following column visibility experiment for the standard list page “/page/CustomerOrders/List” and maybe you can help me answer the questions I asked at the end of the post.When I open the page in table view, not all columns are visible by default:As an IFSAPP, I have set the B2bOrder attribute to “Column Visible”, “Default To Previous” and “Visible”,  but it is still not visible in the table view by default to IFSAPP and other users - see below. We have an Excel migration job to append or update purchase price list records. The method we use is PURCHASE_QUANTITY_PRICE_API, with New and Modify checked.  In this method there are columns for a rental indicator, with flags MI (Mandatory Insert)  When we leave the Default Value for these fields empty, the job runs into an error because the column is mandatory. When we put a default value like above the inserts run fine, but on modifying an existing record the response is: “Field [RENTAL] in Purchase Quantity Price may not be modified.”  How can we work around this?Is it for example possible to check the existance of the record in the SOURCE_COLUMN?

Are they recognized and are they automatically transferred to the currency which which the expenses are paid out? For example I have scanned a receipt with Dollar, but payout will be done in EUR. Does Quick Expense Reporter also recognize dates? Example: Abroad Expense in two different countries (01.03.20xx - 02.03.20xx hotel in country 1 and 03.03.20xx - 06.03.20xx hotel in Country 2) What does it look like if there are items with different VAT rates on an invoice? Example: In Germany there are different VAT rates for Hotel accomodation and Hotel Meals. Usually they are on the same receipt. Hi All, I cannot completed the Pickup tasks prepared for the material purchase. A failed transaction occurred and the status of the Pickup task remained as “Started” even after pick up is performed. Purchase order is closed and the pickup material is shown under the Reserved material. Material can also be issued. However, I cannot complete the pickup.Because of this request work task also cannot be completed. A failed transaction is occurred citing uncompleted Pickup task.It seems everything works well other than Pickup task completion step.This is after the material pickup and completion PO is closed
