Hi Community, I have created a Template Customer, and filled in info in Invoice and Payment sections, after connecting the template customer to a company.eg:Then I use the template customer in the Quick Register Customer screen: On the Misc Info step, IFS allows me to change info such as Payment Term [which connects to the Invoice section of the customer]. However, when Finish is clicked, and the new customer gets created, none of the sections where company connection is present [eg: invoice, payment] get filled in the new customer r

What exactly do the scheduled jobs, Transfer Purchase Transactions, Get Tax Ledger Updates and General ledger Updates do. I need to test the jobs to ensure all will work in the Cloud as we move from Apps10 and need to understand the functions. I am non finance so not familiar with the details of such. Thanks

Hello,We have a number of outbound integrations that were using the REST sender with Client Credentials authentication towards Azure plattform, they were  working properly before.Now, the endpoints at Azure has been moved to a new version and they have been configured using the OAuth2.0 “Scope”  parameter that is not available in the Client Credentials data inside the routing address (IFS Connect).We tried to add the Scpoe parameter in the “Token Endpoint Parameters” like: Scope=xxxxx , we also tried to add the Scope into the “Additional Headres” like Scope=xxxxx , none of them worked. A specific voucher type (function group R) is dedicated for the reversalBelow is the parameters of the two vouchers types : However, when importing an external file (STDVOU), this automatic reversal does not happen.Do you know if this is normal? I have a Purchased Part with Inventory Valuation Method set to Weighted Average (WA). It is also a Sales Part and the Company is set to Delay Cost of Good Sold to Delivery Confirmation.There is an existing quantity for this part with WA let’s say equal to 100 unit cost. I have created a customer order, reserved then delivered it. This created an inventory transaction history DELCONF-OU and DELCONF-IN with unit cost of 100. Before I execute a delivery confirmation, I created a new Purchase Order and changed the price to something that would change the WA. Received it into stock. WA has changed to for example 150 unit cost.Executed the CO Delivery Confirmation and it created a transaction DELIVCONF with unit cost 150. If I look at the overall postings for the CO, it is causing my GL Balance to have a balance for account in M1 posting type. Is this correct? Has anyone encountered the same problem?

When we made payment with EBF the payment was grouped for one supplier. Which means that all the invoices to a supplier with the same due date were payed in one transactionNow when we make payment via ISO20022, it doesn’t group them. Which means that it makes one transaction for each invoice. Is there a way to group the invoice payments and payed in one amount in ISO20022?

Is it possible to save the settings (sorted by specific fields are sorted for data from a saved filter) in a table view?Example:Select Active Work Orders Define a filter e.g. for a specific WO Site and save the filter After the records are selected, sort column priority in descending order This setting (sorting of filtered data) should be saved as a bookmark or a save filter or ???Is there any possibility save these settings? How do we move Configurations for mobile apps (menu option “Apps for Page Designer”)?There's nothing about it in the documentation nor on the community?The documentation refers to standard configuration documentation, but it seems this is not covered in there and we also have no option to find out what exactly has changed or if our changes will be kept after the 23R2-> 25R1 upgrade.Does anyone have experience with this?This differs from the “page configurations”, those we can move with the standard ACP functionality.

Hi,I am working on a IFS MWO Mobile Development (Customization). I have enabled state machine in one of my newly introduced entity (Planned, Released, Completed, Cancelled). I have added relevant code changes to the .client and .projection and already defined Sync policies on .app file. Now I am facing an issue when changing status from MWO it’s locally changing but not Syncing to the IFS Cloud. All other fields working as expected but ‘Objstate’ doesn’t change..offline file MWO  IFS Cloud

Hi Community experts, please advise on the below:After upgrading to 25R1 SU3, we observed new document classes (e.g., DISCO DOC, INVOICE, IPC DOC, IPC JSON, IPC REV, MM DOC) appearing in the Document Class basic data. These classes are visible to all end users. Does the upgrade add these classes? I would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this for better understanding.

Hello all,How can I see by which functions and packages filling the fields exported ISO20022 payment file? Fex: payment reference has been sent only unstructured payments but not placed in structured file. According to the F1 documentation, the FS Migration Tool supports documents stored in both Shared and FTP document repositories.
