+1We are trying to edit the Recent Transactions toggle in Project Transactions (Project Management>Reporting>Project Transactions) on to default is off.
I haven’t been able to find this setting to edit, has anyone had success in trying to change this default setting?

There is no such setting to disable the default behavior. What you can do is, save a filter by disabling the recent transaction option and use that. You can add it as a favorite as well. In this way no need to toggle this option off every time you navigate to the page manually.

Is there a way to push this saved search out as a global search, so all users in our environment have their Project Transactions page load in this manner?

While we can create and publish a saved search for all users, IFS Cloud does not support enforcing it as the default load behavior for the Project Transactions page or any page as far as I have experienced.
