There is a popup that comes up everytime an employee is added to a project, after their first project. Is there a way to disable this popup?

What you are seeing is the resource overallocation validation. When an employee is assigned to more than one activity during overlapping dates (beyond their available capacity), the system triggers the popup. It serves a critical scheduling control function, especially in environments where capacity planning matters.
So understandably, there is no parameter to fully suppress this popup in standard IFS Cloud.
