In the IFS Product documentation, it is stated that the general rating for the supplier will be generated and updated based on the outcome of the selected evaluation. In other words, the overall score obtained from the evaluation will correspond to a specific rating that will be assigned to the supplier.
Note that it mentions “the selected” evaluation but does not indicate how an evaluation can be selected.
I have done the rating and evaluation value mapping in the Supplier Rating screen.
Then I have done a Supplier Peformance Evaluation and published it after the results were generated. But the Supplier’s SRM tab does not reflect the general rating based on the mappings defined in Supplier Rating.
Am I missing something?
