We are trying to determine if there is a way to see what line items were included in a specific delivery note.  When we deliver lines and go thru the order process, it creates a delivery note but it shows all lines on the order in the delivery note screen.  We need to tie a line to a delivery note.  Is this possible?

@Tenecia.Seeley :  The process setup in IFS for a delivery Note, is for the complete Customer Order , which means, a Delivery Note, “per se” is meant for the complete order, and not for a particular line level.

Thus when you see a specific Delivery note, you will see the complete list of Customer Order lines, and not just one line.

However it is possible to still achieve your needs ( which is to relate the link the between the delivery and the delivery note, and thus the customer order line ) .  Check the screen, Customer Order Deliveries. You will find the link between the Delivery No, Delivery Note No and the Customer Order Line No - See screenshot below .

To simulate your requirement, I delivered TWO customer order lines, at different points of time ,individually , ( see Shipment time) , and thus two different Delivery Nos, were created. For Each delivery , created a delivery note.  Thus arriving at the relation between the three aspects, which you seek .

Hope this helps.

Note:  Std Reports print all the lines. Using the logic in this screen, you may customize the layout , if that is the underlying need , as well.

regards

Vivek
