Result Key not found in Report Designer Tool

In the report designer tool I am trying to trouble shoot an issue with my layout. To do so I normally retrieve a current version from Report Archive and note the Result Key. In the tool, I open the correct layout and use the Online Preview option to view that same Result Key so I can see changes to the same report output. However, in some layouts, I’m not able to preview with current result keys. Instead what is available in the preview are documents that are several months old. Any ideas how to correct this? I’ve only seen this in 1 layout, not in several other layouts I’ve been editing and reviewing.

You should be able to go to Print Manager and use the Export XML button to export the full XML file for the report.  You can use the “Preview” feature in Report Designer and use the downloaded XML.  This should eliminate any issues with connectivity with the environment.
