HiWe have set this up before and it worked but since we moved to R23.2 U17 suddenly I do not have the option of adding an attachment anymore. The only option I have is “Create new”.  There used to be three options.Anybody else have this problem? and how can I solve it? Thanks for checking and sharing.Judith

In IFS Cloud, does anyone know how to embed a URL within an event action email message?For example, I created an event that notifies a user when they have been assigned as a coordinator on an MRB. The event sends the user an email and within the email body, it provides the user a link to the MRB they have been assigned to.I do not know how to recreate that URL functionality in IFS Cloud.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to get the report output with a specific name while printing and downloading? Currently, I have noticed that the file is generated with random numbers. We would like to make it more meaningful — for example, for Customer Orders or Purchase Orders, it would be helpful if the report name could include the CO or PO number. Please share if there are any suggestions or best practices for implementing this.

To ensure the appropriate resources are spent where most users will benefit from improvements, we need to have a way to see the total usage of a page or module in IFS Cloud.How can that be done today and is there a plan to implement some tools for the system admins to gain this insight?Br Hans

Hello All!Is there a setting in IFS Cloud where I can tell it what context I would like to default to when editing a page via the page designer?  We have several contexts, one of which I am part of, so when I go to open the page designer it defaults to that context.  However, that context is only needed for a couple pages and I am almost always working on the global context instead.  AS an example, here is the context setting when I open the page designer on the purchase order screen -   Notice it defaults to “ACE Part Team”.  This page doesn’t even have a saved configuration for that context, yet it still defaults to this.  I need to remember to change that value to global every time I want to edit, and it is becoming frustrating.

We have 24R2, and sometimes lobby elements created by users just poof, disappear. The element suddenly appears with an “X”, instead of the expected result, and when you try to edit it, it says the element doesn’t exist. This has happened twice now.  Again, the lobby element existed. It’s on the lobby. It was working. Then, bam, instead of showing the counter, it just becomes an X and when you try to edit it, it says the lobby element doesn’t exist. I’m literally clicking on it and it says it doesn’t exist.

Crystal layouts (barcode labels) when printed to a logical printer (mapped in IFS .net PA to Zebra printers) comes out small and misaligned. Preview and direct print to the same printer (not going via IFS PA) they come out fine.Any idea where to look please?

Hi All, In IFS Cloud applications, License management window comes with a button “Generate Metrics”. This allows us to generate the license information realtime. IFSAPP user has the access to this button in most of our environments(Different IFS Cloud versions tested). But the button is not available for IFSAPP user for a customer who is currently in 22R2 version.Has anyone came-across this issue and was able to resolve? Please let me know if there is any possibility to fix this issue. 

Hi Experts,We did a database export and import to perform a Oracle upgrade from 12C to 19C. After the database import we execute Batch.ins fetching from original build home to create the database processes, but the does not create the database processes for Freight interface. How can we recreate the database processes associated with Freight interface? Thank you.

In IFS Cloud, we are building new lobbies and want to steer the users to sets of data in the same screen, using 3 different links. These are all in Project Procurement.These 2 URL addresses  work: page/ProjectProcurement/ActivityLevel;$filter=Objstate%20eq%20IfsApp.ProjectProcurementHandling.ActivityState'Released';page/ProjectProcurement/ActivityLevel;$filter=Objstate%20eq%20IfsApp.ProjectProcurementHandling.ActivityState'Completed'; but, when we want to add a date range of the last 20 days, we cannot get it to work:page/ProjectProcurement/ActivityLevel;$filter=%28Objstate%20eq%20IfsApp.ProjectProcurementHandling.ActivityState'Released'%29%20and%20ReleasedDate%20ge%'#TODAY#-20'; Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance

When we are working with customers on their data migrations, it sure would be nice to have a NON-TECHNICAL list of all system defined mandatory fields and required tabs for the setting up a customer, supplier, purchase order, customer order, etc.For years we have always had to tell the customers to do a search for these fields by attempting to enter something and noting what fields are mandatory.  I think it would be far more efficient to have a published list of these things for the ENTIRE system categorized by application and table within the application.

Does anyone know how to setup connect integration with Pagero in IFS Cloud?  I cannot seem to find any documentation anywhere and IFS Service Center would not help. All the guides that I have found on community are for Apps9 and Apps10.  We use it for P2P and O2C.  We are upgrading from Apps9 to Cloud.

Is there any tool that gives us a model/diagram of the database structure in IFS.In particular, I want to see the ActiveSeparate table and dependencies. As an example, we use Visual Studio to model some databases we have, and it makes it a lot easier to understand the dependencies. Below is just an example of what I’d expect to see.  I appreciate that in Developer Studio, I have seen something similar, but when I use Developer Studio, I cannot find these models.

Hi,A 3rd party application called MC was purchased for a project of our company. And they can send xml to IFS from this application. Only invoices will be entered into IFS. Is it possible to enter invoices via xml in IFS10 applications?

Hello Community Members,  While the attachments with application message id 2 in the application server task are on the TEST server, we cannot make changes on the PROD server. How can we do this?  - How can I add the TEST environment data in the picture at the top to the PROD environment below?
