We have a list screens with columns. In some cases three of the columns are not immediately shown on the screen, you have to go to the Column Chooser and move them from Available to Selected for display list. We have tested this with all new users with no personal profiles setup. In some cases the fields are immediately shown, and by default in the “Selected for display” list, and in some other cases, still with user with no personal profile saved, they are in the “Available” side.
If we click “Restore to default”, which we understand as “show the fields the way they are programmed on the screen, the fields are still in the “Available” list.
What is making the fields show in either the Available or Selected for display list? I know personal profile plays a role, but what else? Is it some meta data saved somewhere?
We are expecting to see all the fields immediately on the screen.
