Dear all, Is there a way to simply mark invoices so that they won't be involved in a Reminder propoal?I've seen that you can set the Reminder Blocked unitil in the window Reminder/Interest Info per Customer Invoice. Unitl the date set ismn't passed invoice will be excluded from a Reminder proposal.Is there a posibility to set this field in an other way?Or is there an other way to mark invpoices that they won't be involved  in a Reminder Proposal?I know that I can Exclude them when I've made the proposal but then I've to do that every time I've made a proposal. That's not what i want. 

Hi, I have following requirement, please advise If a supplier is 45 End of Month (45 EOM Payment Term) – they would be paid 45 days from the end of the month the invoice is received (i.e. 45 days from the end of April). So if an invoice was received today (2021-04-08), we would pay them on 14th June at the earliest (31 days in May + 14 days in June = 45 Days) .Please note that this payment term has been granted to us by the supplier  In IFS, if we check “End of Month” in payment term and set 45 Days as “Days to Due Date”, system give priority to “Days to Due Date” and then apply the “End of Month” as a result due date becomes 30th of May . BR Champika     

I have tried to raise an Instant Invoice but I am unable to add any coding for account/Cost Centre/site etc. What settings do I have to update to allow this?

Trying to set up the automation and facility to directly e-mail any manual/instant invoice we create. We have an e-mail event set up, but cannot get customer e-mail to pull through, which field should this be entered on to populate? Another way I had tried was setting up e-invoice in supplier card, the IFS Help section advises I can change the address after saving to an internet e-mail address, but I get an error when trying to change/save this?

Is there any way of having supplier credit notes default to zero payment terms?

Hello. When a PO is created and a no part order line is entered, is it possible to assign a FA object to this line so that when it is received into the system, the FA object is activated and the acquisition value is set?  I would appreciate assistance/thoughts on this. Thank you.

If I create an advance Instant Invoice is there a reason I cannot se it pull through to customers account or credit analysis?  

Does anyone know if can I fix a two line M voucher with a missing transaction code on one of the lines?  Line 2 shows ‘MANUAL’ which I would expect, not sure what has caused line 1 to come through as blank.  Any advice on what may have caused it or how to fix would be appreciated.  Thanks

We have an issue with occasionally selection the wrong tax direction for a payment, Tax received or Tax disbursed. Is there anyway to set up IFS so that dependant on whether or not payment is received or sent then correct tax direction is defaulted?

Is there a better and alternative process to intercompany invoices? At the moment we have a multi-step process to request/raise/send/process/match/post/pay or offset for intercompany transactions I am wondering if there is a process where the request can be processed in IFS and all transactions are posted from that 1 entry?

Dear All, When a voucher is cancelled or reversed, the corresponding Tax Base Amount is not populated in the tax transaction window for the cancelled/ reversed transaction. what could be the reason? for example - when the voucher is create, a Tax Transaction Id is created with the Tax Base Amount and the Tax amount and when the same voucher is cancelled the Tax Transaction created for the reversal only shows the Tax Amount, but not the Tax Base Amount. Please clarify? 

We went live back in August and want to tidy our accounting periods up.   We have them going back to 1900.  For a number of years the periods are closed but the year is open.   How do we carry out  the RMB > Final Period Close on the Accounting Periods screen,   The periods are all closed and there are no outstanding transactions/errors etc., reported when running RMB > Validate Transactions in Progress,  but still the Final Period Close is greyed out.  Also, is there a way to carry out a number of year ends.Would it be a case of using Cursor and API calls to perform the same task as running through the process in IFS.

Hi Team, When i am updating balance in IFS system from other ERP as on 31-Mar-2020.I am creating a voucher with voucher type - Q. But i am not getting the Period 0 in the Lov for raising the voucher. Please advise how to transfer the opening balances through voucher entry. Thanks & Regards,Ansuman

I have noticed and been involved with multiple cases of multiple APP10 customers on Customer Invoice with send error “ORA-20105: Archive.KEYERR: Report with key [XXXXX] does not exist”.The cause for this was early expiration of CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP report within one day. A user case: If a customer order has, for example not enough information on the Order Addresses/single occurrence and being invoiced by the Coordinator. Due to not enough information, Invoice is in Error, so the Coordinator changes and add enough info and save. When the user run the rerun functionality and process the invoice, receives the error message.  We have been noticed the same issue with INSTANT_INVOICE_REP too.So that, I suggest you to check Report Expiration in Report Archive > Result Keys. If there is no any business reason behind early expiration dates, please revisit to adjust them accordingly.To change Life Time of any report please refe

I am testing a Cash Transfer to allow us to post any bank transfers etc we make. I am doing this between two companies/entities we have, but I am getting the following error, although I have a voucher type in the General Tab?  

One of my customers need to set up a company in Russia in IFS 10 and would like to know following information Do we have Russian customers running IFS? Which template we need to use to create Russian company ? Is there any specific accounting and tax needs? if answer for question two is yes, does IFS support these ? (may be in GET) I learnt that we need to integrate IFS with software called 1C to run business in Russia, any information in this area is highly appreciated . BRChampika

We are using External Customer Invoice to bring in customer invoices from a newly acquired company so we can manage receivables inside IFS.   When the External Customer Invoice creates the manual customer invoices, I am not seeing a way to quickly post all the invoices.   I am only seeing how to post one invoice at a time.  Does anyone know how to post multiple manual customer invoices at one time?

Hello, I am hoping someone can assist or shed light on an issue I am struggling with: I created an FA Object then successfully set its acquisition value ($1,000) through a PO and subsequent PO receipt. I then activated the object. I then increased its value by $10 via a supplier invoice but with no PO. After posting the invoice, I activated this additional investment via the Add Investment - Progress window. Now I would like to increase its value by $100, but this time via a PO receipt. So I entered a PO, assigned it the same FA Object ID, then received, ran transfers and updated the GL. However, when looking at my Distribution and Manufacturing Postings Analysis, I get this error:  “You have specified an object with wrong status.”  This suggests that the object shouldn’t be in a non Active state for the postings to go through. So I tried to deactivate the object, but get an error message: “There are active transactions that needs to be roll

Is there any way to have a default value in a pre-posting?  There are some LUs where I’d like to pre-post a fixed value, but AC1 is not an option.  In those situations, is there any way to default in the value in the pre-posting screen?

When Creating Checks in Supplier Payment Orders an error appears “the Ledger Order Item Object has been removed by another user”When checking the invoices to be paid within the Payment order they are all Posted/Authorized. Any suggestions as to whey this error appears

Hello, I need setup an Instant Invoice where I have to report both Tax Disbursed and Tax Received.There will not be any tax on the invoice (net amount) but we need to add that on two tax-accounts (disbursed and received) when we post the invoice. For example: Instant InvoicePrice: 1000Reverse Tax is demanded We would like the voucher to look like this:Account 2110: 1000Account: 2432: -250Account: 2433: 250 Thanks in advance.

When transferring an Inventory item to Company Rental Asset using the RMB on the Inventory Part in Stock screen, the system requires posting control M259 for Pre Posting to the FA Object ID.  However, this was not in place when the initial transfer from Company Owned to Company Rental Asset occurred.  How do we fix the transaction record to add the FA Object ID to the transaction line?  It is stuck in Inventory Transaction History and we will not be able to close the books until we can resolve. I have a similar error when we pre posted with a FA object with the wrong status.  A recommended solution would be appreciated.
