Is there a document that defines the fields on the ISO20022 Payment Addresses entry screen?  If so can you share that?  I looked a previous post about institutes, but that does not list the entries for the Payment Addresses screen.

Hi All,    Has anyone used the ISO:20022  template creating new payment methods? How easy is it to get this payment template? We do not have this currently.  I have the technical setup guidance document from the openIFS.  

I'm looking for a way to generate inventory transactions with transaction code BALINVOIC+/BALINVOIC-. Does anyone having an idea how to generate them in App9 environment.

I have created a custom field that works perfectly on the GL Voucher Rows Analysis view (GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_UNION_QRY). However when reaching the GL Voucher Rows Analysis view via the GL Balance Analysis (RMB on the line and choose ‘Voucher Information...’) it is not available. The data source is slightly different in that it is tbwGLQueryVoucherRow2 vs. tbwGLQueryVoucherRow. Any ideas how enable it?     

We have tax code in customer set up as N as per below but when raising an instant invoice against them the default code of 7 pulls through.  How do we determine th default tax code for raising instant invocies?  

Dear IFS Community. I wondered if you could help. We have the scenario whereby we use the Shipment functionality to ship goods to the Customer. We often need to place the final invoice in the box. If we cannot generate the invoice until after the shipment has been “delivered” in IFS is there a way to print the invoice then do the delivery, or do you need to do the “deliver” of the shipment, then print and post the invoice, put it in the box, then actually dispatch the goods?Apps9 UPD15. Many thanks, David. 

We have G/l accounts that balance between entities each month.  They are different g/l code numbers depending on the entity. Is it possible to match of transactions between these so that reconcilliation at end of month is easier? We usually have a balance that needs investigated to work out what it is etc, be good if we could match off and see exactly what any issues are 

We have a situation where, in Aurena, we have to resort to IEE as Aurena does not allow us to complete the task:When we receive a payment from a EU customer, the bank currently charges us a fee which is netted off against the receipt meaning we cannot use the automatic customer offset as the receipt no longer matches the invoices Although there is an allowable difference, we cannot always use this as we may have invoice queries/disputes meaning we often receive payments from customers against later invoices and not the earliest meaning the automatic allocation does not pick up any matching meaning we have to use the manual function which does not allow write offsIn IEE, we can create a new Customer Offset Proposal, select the CUPOA and the invoices to be matched then scroll to write off and enter the amount(s) we wish to write off.We can allocate in Automatic Transaction Matching however we often receive payment much earlier than the remittan

I have a scenario where one company have many sites in different countries.This has been setup to operate company accounting currency for all sites and operational for many years.Now they need each site to use their own currency for the internal transactions (dealing with local vendors and other stake holders). Whereas international transactions to be done with the same company accounting currency.I cannot find any option to have site specific currency setup. Any workaround or solution exist.  

Have a few questions regarding Brexit from the aspect of EU companies. What will be the Tax code to be used after Brexit (For UK customers and UK suppliers, any new tax percentages) What to do with Open purchase orders/ open customer Orders/Open invoices etc The impact on Tax Ledger and Tax reporting.If anyone have few details regarding the above please let me know 

HiI struggle to mark several lines in aurena and export them. Right now i have a button select all or select one line by line. Can I somehow mark a line, scroll down and mark a line again and all lines between are marked?In IEE i was able to mark the boarder and pull down the mouse to marke several lines. how do i do this in Aurena

In which IFS module and path I could find the Business Units?

Hi All,Is there a report in IFS to check the Weighted Average Cost and the Invoice Price of parts.This is mainly due to using of “Ignore Invoice Price” for Supplier Invoice Consideration for Inventory Parts, due to a  performance issue in using other two options.Thanks

When I tried to upload supplier invoices via external file template (STDSIN1) using external file assistant in App 8  , I got a transfer error mentioned that control rule not satisfied . Kindly advice me to fix the issue. Thanks in advance. 

If Customer would like to Pre pay before getting services or completing WO, is there any way in IFS to generate such Invoice before creating work order or customer order..? Any ideas

Dear reader,I have a Accounts Receivable ledger account which I want to setup as Revaluation Account. The column ‘Used in ledger’  is automaticly picked here but it is wrong (‘General Ledger’ must be ‘Accounts Receivable’ and cannot be changed or I do not know how to change this) .  The first booking on this account was a Q-voucher (because it’s a ledger account) followed by only A/R bookings and this seems to be the reason for this behavour..?  Second to this I cannot save this new record because ‘General Ledger’ expects the ‘Currency Balance’  boxfor this account ticked and cannot be done anymore because transactions has already been made for this account.Hopefully there is a way to change this? Thanks in advance for your reply.regards,Martin BroekmanConsultant at Eqeep, Netherlands 

Hi All,I have a problem in Aurena configuration.There is a custom field in the sales info group, it is a ready only field and added by using configuration.Could I possible to add this custom field into search bar in top of the page using configuration.Customer needs to search using this field.When creating this field in IEE client it is ticked as “Searchable”.Is it possible to search using this field and I need to do this requirement using Aurena Configuration

Hello All, I would like to know about importing Accrual journals in to IFS 10. I have imported  Journal in external voucher analysis and this is accrual journal in period 4 and it’s been created and posted and I can see in GL voucher analysis but the question is I want this journal reverse automatically in period 5 for which I can’t find any option to see the reversal in period 5 as I get in manual voucher entry.Can anybody please help?Many thanksFenee

Hi,I am having issues with the Setup of a project in IFS8, The project has been set up incorrectly to Capitalize Expenses, under the Financials>Project Accounting>Project screen. However this shouldn’t be the case. A time posting has been posting to the General Ledger,  which I have moved out using a manual voucher. IFS now won’t let this set up be changed.I don’t want to abandon the project and re-create as the WBS and all the demands have bee created so this would be a lot of work for my colleagues. Any ideas on how I can change the “Capitalize Expenses” to  “No Capitalization”

We have a business under the who would like to configure IFS to only create GL postings when the supplier invoice is received.At the moment, the posting control setup means when goods are received, an entry into the P&L with the offset being the GRNI account.We would like to switch this functionality off for one company.They have very little goods received which have not been invoiced and the additional transactions differences are hard to reconcile (Often rounding in the postings).Effectively, they would like to receipt the goods, have no financial transactions created and then post the supplier invoice to the P&L (Using the purchase order pre-posting)Is this possible through parameters in IFS? 

Project Engineers are unable to change the status of a Project in the Project Navigator screen in EE client. We are getting below error.
