Is it possible to change the number format for specific transactions/searches
I have a report I’d like to show in £ks rather that total figure

It depends in which areas of the system, and which application version you are using. Some areas do allow the number format to be in nearest thousands. Additionally, you could have the whole system defined that way for users in the user options settings.
