Invoice items are duplicated in the print out of the instant invoice in IFS Apps 10. This happens with 1 customer only while other customers are working fin.
Where can I fix it?

Here in the invoice printout the below objects are duplicated 4 times
Objects : 4 Portable Water
8 Sanitary Waste Water Treatment
While each object has been entered only 1 time in the customer invoice entry.

I believe an in-depth investigation is needed on this issue by comparing the customer with other customers.
Could you kindly raise a case to IFS Support on this issue?
