Is there any plan to build/release an Analysis Model for Request Management?

I have created an Income Statement report package in IFS Business Reporter that contains several sheets. The first sheet is a consolidated statement, then each subsequent sheet is for each division of the company (plus a few other more granular statements). I need to update the sheet for our Admin division so it will display everything except for one of our cost centers (CSG). When I add the filter criteria so Cost Center is not equal to ‘CSG’ like this:...it removes all CSG data, but it also removes data where the Cost Center is null. Cost Center is not a required code part value for us, so we have many transactions where this field is null.I have tried a few different variations in the Advanced filtering pane like this:

HelloIn IFS Cloud, there are so many screens that had been defaulted with setting up certain conditions as below snapshot, which may make some confuses for end user when they search some items but not pop-up as expected. Can these be cleared up by users themselves or need to IT help? Hi  In-Place-Editor not visible on double clicking on text-oriented controls on Report Studio Report design (rich text, text combo, Label). I am on 25.2.3 with Framework service update 25.2.5 

We have been using the Detail Statistics pages in IFS Cloud 24R2 to report Invoiced Sales, Order Entry, etc, it’s a differential update report, so if there are no changes, it doesn’t update the lines. Someone in the organization has updated the name of a large customer, and so now, we have two customer names associated with the customer number in the Detail Statistics.I’m wondering how we could force it to update the lines. I’m guessing with a deletion migration job? BUt I wondered if there was a less scorched earth approach.

Is it possible for end users to view a report created in Business Reporter from Order Report without having to install the BR add-on? The users already have the correct permissions, but when they try to export from Order Report, the report appears in blank and does not load any information, even in the PDF document.The report was saved with the “disconnect” option and the “generate PDF” option selected.Thank you!

Has anyone successfully managed to retrieve Business Report data from IFS to an external application - through API/Projection (or using Boomi).Generate a BR report and then use that result as something that need to be transferred to an external application.Our scenario is that we need to create balance sheet/P&L and then transfer the result to a Consolidation system for the parent company. These reports are created in BR.I can find the created BR report in Excel_Report_Archive, as an Excel file but I have not managed to access the data. There doesn’t seem to be any generated API’s for Business reports either, for Quick Reports there are API’s automatically created that can be used to extract the data from IFS. Or maybe this has to be solved in Excel, through the generated Excel Sheet - to manually trigger a transfer with some sort of script?

We’ve had this issue for years now, with no solution. BA Report displays dates in correction Australian format when run via BA Excel Add-In. However, when report is schedule or run from IFS application  any date references on the report revert to US Format. E.g. if there is a header in the report referencing the date the report is run or the date entered in a parameter it will show 9th June 2023 as 6/9/23 instead of Australian format of 9/6/23. Just wondering if anyone has resolved this?

Hi BR experts,I'm preparing a report in Business Reporter, and I've encountered an issue. When the customer orders the report, they receive an empty one, but when I order the same report, I receive a report with data.I tried to recreate this issue, but I couldn't do it until I turned on the debugger.When I turned it on, I received an empty report.Have you ever encountered an issue like this?Do you have any suggestions how to solve it, I mean how to ensure that when the customer orders a report using their credentials, they receive a report with data.I would be grateful for your assistance.Best regards,Adam

Hello,  Does anyone have any insight into what the colours mean on the dimensions within the information sources? I’m building a report with two that have the same dimensions, one is coloured green, the other is grey and I can’t filter on the gray one without showing nothing for that dimension. I’ve compared the config and they look identical Many thanks!Will

Hello!I am trying to create a new query with Cloud Query Designer to show orders for a certain sales group that were invoiced “Today”. I added a filter the the Customer Order Invoice date - but I can’t figure out how to set it as a dynamic value for “TODAY”. I’ve tried setting it as a Parameter as well, but then the query prompts me to enter a date to preview the data. This won’t work for us as the intent is to schedule the report to be emailed to a group of users on a daily basis. Is this possible to set the invoice date as a dynamic value of “TODAY” with Query Builder? I’m a novice at query building so any tips someone may have a greatly appreciated.  

 Encountered an issue when running a scheduled quick report in IFS Cloud 24R1. When the report is sent as an email attachment in Excel format, it contains extra spaces around the cells (except for the header row). However, when I run the same report and export it directly from the quick report/output window, it appears correctly without these extra spaces. Example - Scheduled quick report mail attachment: Output from Quick report window:Could you please guide me what configuration settings should be adjusted to prevent the extra spaces in the scheduled reports Excel attach

Is anybody aware about the depreciation plan for custom IALs in IFS.In 21R1 and 21R2 this was included in the deprecation plan, but 22R2 deprecation plan has not mentioned about IALs (It's available in 25R1 as well).We believe in the future it will phase out.Can we get some details on from which version this functionality will not be available in IFS?

We have a report with Design Rows for a Income Statement that some expenses are defined by cost center and account number. Others are strictly on the account number and we’re using a basic filter for that but an advanced filter with cost center and account combination.We have a sheet repeater to have an income statement for each cost center. For cost centers that have a row with no data it is suppressing those rows where we have the advanced filter. On the basic filter lines we have the “all” checked.We want to do the same with the advanced filtered lines also, because we will in Excel create a summary tab to add all the cost center tabs together. The issue is the lines in each tab don’t match 1 for 1 because some tabs have rows suppressed and they have difference rows suppressed compared to each other. how can we get all rows, regardless if a NULL value in each repeated tab for the lines using an advanced filter?

Hi. What is needed to get a IFS certification to be added to MS Trust Center’s Trusted Publishers list to be able to run IFS BR on a local machine?All attempts on adding directories to Trusted Locations list on Trust Center are not adequate as the company policy requires this cert to exist. 

Hello All, Can somebody provide a good document/tutorial/work instructions on how to create a Business Report? I don’t seem to find any good manuals that describe the possibilities and ways that we can use business reporter. For example: - If I use a Repeater on a row, can I use this repeater and define this immediatley as a dynamic XLS table? - Can I make a Pivot table of this? - How can I create a bar chart that takes into account the dynamic range of the repeater? - How to add an additional ‘calculated’ column to the table? (Calculated = I just want the difference between 2 source columns). Thanks for your help! Best RegardsRoel

We are just beginning to use Business Reporter and some of our users are getting this error when attempting to open BR reports to edit:Microsoft Office Document Customization“This document contains custom code that cannot be loaded because the location is not in your trusted locations list:_____________________.  If you trust this document you can save and open it from a location on your computer.  For more information, see ‘http:\\go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=99104.Others users can open any of the reports just fine.I know we can add a location to trusted locations, but to share reports for maintenance this isn’t practical for our purposes, and we would like to understand why this is happening for some users and not others.Has anyone else seen this and found a solution?  We are on Apps10 UPD6, although the same issue occurred on Apps 10 UPD4.
