Hi,
I suspect this due to a access/connection issue. To identify the issue need more info. Can you check the SSIS execution logs as below?
- Connect to the SQL server
- Go to Integration Service Catalogs
- Select the catalog folder configured in the setup
- Get the “All Executions” report for the ConnectionTest.dtsx package
