We have been using the Detail Statistics pages in IFS Cloud 24R2 to report Invoiced Sales, Order Entry, etc, it’s a differential update report, so if there are no changes, it doesn’t update the lines.
Someone in the organization has updated the name of a large customer, and so now, we have two customer names associated with the customer number in the Detail Statistics.
I’m wondering how we could force it to update the lines. I’m guessing with a deletion migration job? BUt I wondered if there was a less scorched earth approach.
