Hi!We have added free text field to footer file and made translations  for that. Problem is that it is not picking translations when printing out the documents. Tried to refresh cache memory etc but no help.  Just picking original text to all documents. 

Is there any core functionality that will support the calculation of more than customer rebate?Business Scenario:Customer A has a tiered rebate program where they will receive X percentage based on a tiered minimum sales volume.Additionally, Customer A has a overall minimum sales volume target where they will receive a flat percentage.Data Set-up:At the moment, I’ve created the following:2 Rebate Agreements for all Sales Parts (1 for tiered and 1 for overall minimum) Both are set-up as  Final Settlement performed yearly Each have the same Agreement Priority Customer record is set-up as Multiple RebatesIssue:When the Final Settlement is run, the proposed rebated credit is only being generated for the tiered rebate and it is ignoring the second rebate.  It appears this is because this was the last Rebate Agreement updated.  Is it possi

What is the effect of enabling the “Show Week Number” button under Account Settings?Also, when I enable the button, leave the window and return to the window, the button is again disabled. Why am I not able to enable the function?

Hi Heros, After adding a custom field at the Business Lead screen, it is working on IFS Cloud, but on CRM Companion, I am getting the message error below. Anyone have any idea how to fix:   IFS Version: 25R1 

I found the module (machine learning) which enables predictive scoring for Business Opportunities. The product documentation says something, but leaves gaps in helping to understand how actually the predictive score is calculated.Does anyone have documentation or knowledge on how the predictive score is calculated?Are there lobbies or ready-made reports which uses the predicive score for forecasting? Does it take into account the BO probability also?

How can I now record one shipment as completed in register direct delivery page at once without selecting all the lines manually?Register direct delivery page has no reference to shipment ID and it shows line wise.

In our setup we’re looking for the simplest way to regularly invoice a software license in IFS Cloud.Real-world scenario:We sell a software license that renews automatically every year and gets invoiced quarterly.Technically in IFSC:software license is represented with a non-inventory configurable sales part Service Contracts can trigger regular creation of Work Orders Request Contracts can trigger regular creation of RequestsThat’s why we’re wondering — what is the best and simplest way in IFS Cloud to handle recurring invoicing for something like a software license?And if the product is a non-inventory configurable sales part, how does that affect the setup or available options?Would love to hear how others have implemented similar recurring revenue models in IFS Cloud.

Hi, We are on Cloud 25.1.5. Getting the below when changing the wanted del date of the customer order line (bring it forward by 3 days).  This part is set up for MRP spare part forecast. I can set the Wanted date after 27/11 but not before (sales qty =1). But as you can see from inventory availability planning, there is plenty of stock on hand for any date. Why is it fussing about the forecast not being sufficient? Thank you in advance.  

In previous versions of IFS (Apps9, Apps10) , there was an option to use https://rivaengine.com/product/integrations/ to synchronise Calendar, Contact and Tasks between CRM and Outlook.Is this still available in IFS Cloud ? Is there a need for this synchronization in IFS Cloud?

Hello.By adding a new line in the purchase requisition screen in the no part requisition lines, we have the following error message when we mention the supplier :A Tax Code is required when supplier tax validation has Transaction Level selected on Company, Tax Control tabI noticed that the tax code is not automatically filled and even if we fill it, the error keeps poping.Other information, the status is set to planned.Any idea to fix this?IFS APPS 10 UPD 5

An error "ORA-01403: no data found" we tried to release a blocked order in "Handle Blocked Customer Orders".   

When invoicing have blocked lines by mistake.I now cannot find the orderHow do I find the order and unblock so I can invoice the whole order please

I have properly creating a sales process and marked it as the default. However, whenever I create a new business opportunity, the “Sales Process” field is not defaulting to the Default Sales Process. What is the issue? This is for IFS Aurena with IFS 10.    

In 25R1, I am creating a Customer from the New Contact Screen.The duplicate check rule for single hit and combined hit are set as Active.The duplicate check action setup Default Action has been set as Prevent Save and set as Active.I entered the exact same name as a Customer that already exists.However, the duplicate check does not prevent the record from being saved.Any ideas as to the reason for this failure on the duplicate check ?    

Hello all, does anyone has experience how it is possible to modify existing sales contract revision line items using Contract Change Order in IFS Cloud (25R1)? The only thing I am able to do with Contract Change Order is to add new line or new items to existing sales contract revision. According to IFS Documentation, it is CURRENTLY not possible to change existing sales contract items by Contract Change Order - since there is the word “Currently”, I understand that this functionality was available in the past releases or even IFS versions. Does anyone know if this funcionality is planned to be added again within future release of IFS Cloud?   In general, if you are using sales contract and you need to let’s say change/update data on existing sales contract revision line item (e.g. quantity, sales rate...)

Hi,  We’re currently using 24R2. I have the requirement of being able to adjust and track updating the Sales Contract Line Item Quantity as Planned Demand differs from Actual Demand. As an example, Part A is an Item on Line 1 of my Sales Contract with a required Quantity of 100 currently. However, the demand for Part is actually 50 and we need to create a new Sales Contract Revision to reflect the changes. Currently, we create a new Item Line with Part A with a Quantity = -50 to reflect this change, however, we can’t accept negative quantity lines going forward, as connected Business Opportunities cannot have negative quantity lines. With this in mind, I’ve been exploring the usage of Contract Change Orders in a test environment, which seem great for being able to Add New Line Items to my Sales Contract and have them be tracked/approved etc. However, I can’t seem to be able to just edit/reduce the Quantity of Part A on Line 1 of my Sales Con

Our customers require the “Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)” and “Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)” fields in Customer Order details or Ship or Shipment.Because those dates must be printed on the invoice and packing list.However, I think about those two items do not exist in Customer Order details.As an alternative, should we add items using custom fields?
