Hi,

Many of our users who are attempting to use the CRM/SRM add-in outlook face the issue with it keep loading forever. For other users, it loads up fast. Has anyone faced this before? TIA

I did not notice such issue in this window when I was testing from my end. However, if you can provide below details, we can get an idea what could be the reason for this 🙂.


Meanwhile, just try to type in something in the shown search box (while this loading icon is still there) and press enter key, and see whether it will populate the Customer records in an LOV (that is the intended behavior). 

Further details needed:
1. The CRM Panel Version (see below 2 pics).
2. Whether you have same issue when you try to register any other new contact or whether this issue is for this specific email.
3. The domain of the email address (and whether there are any special characters in the email address) - Eg MSSecurity-noreply@microsoft.com.

Suspected root cause : Permission set affected on the end user

 

Same issue was solved with permission set modification.
