Hi All, In Prepare Work Order, we have set work order header "Status" to value "Reported" , but we can see that in the tab "Work Taks" the Status is "Work Done".  Please let me know whether we can  pass the "Work Order" to "reported" if any of the work tasks are not in the "reported" state. I think at least one work task should be in ‘reported’ status, to change the value to ‘Reported in header level. Hi , I have a functional issue when I'm going to create WOs via Service Requests. Work Task will be automatically created with respect to the WO. Actually, I don't need to create a Work Task at this stage. How should I avoid creating a Work Task while creating a Work Order? Thanks in advance,Banuka

Hi, In our manufacturing, we produce the same products with different colors, after each other. To visualise this more, I would like to see in the APB the operation line in the same color as the product.You can derive operation color from characterics code value. Is it possible that when I add the characterics codecharacterics ‘RED’ or RGBXX, that I can link this so I can see the operation bar in my APB also in red? Thank you!

Hi Al,In Complex assembly Work Order page general tab, the flags Customer Warranty, Supplier Warranty and Repair Work Order are not applicable in this module. In the tab Customer Order, the warranty type id and Warranty WO flags are not applicable too. Can anybody tell me the purpose of showing those fields in the COMPLEX ASSEMBLY WO window?  Impact - People thing warranty management in enabled in CAMRO. Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

Hi , I have a doc attached in objectin worktask i can see 3 docs attached1 doc : comes from workorder1 doc : created on the task1 doc comes from object but In MWO i can only see 2 doc on worktaskand the doc on object should be seen on Object form but it is empty which parameter to configure to get the doc on object in MWO Best regards

Hi, The IFS Only Documenentation says : the actual completion date must be given  in order to be able to conclude the workorder.When can i see the “Actual completion date” in Aurena 21R1 ? Thanks & regards

Hi, we want to be able to track changes to the Planned/Allocated Start date fields (old val/new val, and when it was changed) on Work Assignments and Work Tasks, in the Work Order Journal.Currently the Journal tracks various other changes with old/new values, but not Planned Start and Allocated Start.How can we achieve this?

Community,question here.a product is built in-house via a shop order, so it has its own as-built structure.  then it is not sold to customer, and used in-house as well. and it is handed over to maintenance department. then, maintenance department might need to disassemble the part and re-use the component onto other shop orders. so question here, how IFS could handle this?The reason for this question is, we realized that the serial-controlled components being disassembled via work order, cannot be reused onto other in-house shop orders, as the previous as-built structure is still valid. we will get error message “ ...there are too few tracked component XXXX...” on shop order when you are trying to receive the shop order.thoughts?

Good Morning,Can anyone advise if there is a way to close off Child Work Orders as a batch as opposed to closing off individually?At present we access each Child Work Order attached to the Parent Work Order - Authorize all posting lines then transfer to the Customer Order, set to Not Invoiceable. Is there a more time saving method which can be used? Hi all.Could someone know if it’s possible to a maintenance plan of the “children” objects based on codition of the main object in structure?E.g.: I have a pump that works by hours.But bellow the pump, there are a couple of components that each one has a pm action.I need to generate work orders based onde the hours measured registered in the pump, and not in the components.if it’s not possible, I’ll need to set the parameter hour for all components and replicate the hours measured in the pump for all of them to have a maintenance plan.tks a lot

HiDoes anyone know why Work Order Returns does not appear in Inventory Part Availability Planning in APPS10? For large planned repairs you cannot necessarily say that this is unplanned supply. Such returns can possibly be very expensive reusable parts that could/should be considered as a supply for other repairs.Is it possible to have these shown (e.g. based on work task dates) in Inventory Part Availability Planning and is it possible to include these planned part returns as supplies in the MRP calculation?BR Kristian

Considering the performed date based: Yes Now, the user has created another revision of the work task template and set the valid from date to the same as before 09/08/2020. After activate and Replace Obsolete Revision on PM Actions, the valid from field of the new revision on pm action has assumed the actual sysdate (11/10/2021), not the valid from date that has been set in the work
