Change registered hours on a worktask from "invoice-able" to "not to be invoiced"

Hi, I am having trouble changing hours registered on a work task, from “to be invoiced” to “not to be invoiced”.  The option is missing.

How can I solve this ?

 

I can not close the work task since the hours has not been invoiced.

Hi @Osthewha ,

 

Please check whether you have this RMB option : Set to Not Invoiceable when you RMB on Sales line.

Hi, I found the error… The hours was already “transfered” to a “preview invoice” .. When I deleted this invoice-preview, we were able to change the status of the hours to “not invoiceable” :)
