Wondering how IFS calculate the Warranty. 

for example, a purchased product, we received into stock on Jan.1, 2021, it come with 3 years warranty from supplier. it sits in inventory for 3 month, and we delivered to customer on Apr.1, 2021. We also guarantee customer 3 year warranty.

now comes the question, when the product delivered to customer, IFS created the object, how IFS calculate the warranty  for this object that delivered to customer, is it 3 years or (3 year -  3 month)? 

my best guess is 3 years, counting from the date we delivered to the customer.
