We are currently on APP 8 moving to APP 10 enterprise. I have found how to add a warranty on an original sale but cannot find how to set up an extended warranty when the customer purchases this after the original sale. Can anyone help me?

I think you’d be better off asking your question in one of the other forums, like ‘Asset management’ or ‘Products’.
