How can I get intersite cost to update on receipt? We want to automatically update the purchase price on Site#1 with the cost from Site#2. The part on Site#1 is setup as an intersite purchased part from Site#2 where the part is setup as Manufactured part and using standard labor costs. The PO and CO and Shop ordes are processed properly.But the costs we captured in Manufacturing with raw materials and labor time are only on Site#2. Is there a process that will update the price on Site#1 when the PO is received with the cost value from Site#2?We currently have to manually update pricing on Site#1. Thank you

Hi,I want to create a Purchase Order Line directly in status Planned.But when I create a PO Line, it gets status Released by default.How can I configure or control the PO Line to be in Planned status when it's created?Is it possible?

We have connected a Packaging Material Part to our Handling Unit Types.When adding the handling units to our Shipment Handling Unit Structure the inventory part corresponding to the Packaging Material Part connected to the handling unit is consumed from the inventory - so far so good.However if I have the packaging material part stored in multiple inventory location I’m currently lacking a possibility to  choose which inventory location it should be consumed from.Do anybody know about such functionality?

Can you change the logo of the customer invoice report for a specific order type? This should overrule the standard company logo on the invoice.

Hello community :-), we have intercompany process (Company and Site 10, Company and Site 20). I have a Customer Order on Site 10 (external customer, released). MRP will create Distribution Order (planned). If I release this Distribution Order, system will create Purchase Order (Site 10, released) and Customer Order (Site 20, released). We need to have this new Customer Order at Site 20 in status Planned. is there any way how to do it? Current settings:Sales Part Sites Internal CustomerInternal Supplier Thank you for your help

Getting what we think is an erroneous toast message for date on Customer Order Line when using Plan Manufacturing Supply on Due Date and Delivery RoutesAttached set up reflects a manufactured Inventory Part with no leadtimes associated with it (no picking leadtimes on site) and a Delivery Route for 1159pmCustomer address has one day transport time and Supply Code on Customer Order line is Shop Order  In the example, entry was on 4/3/25 for a Wanted Delivery Date of 4/4/25 (system generated based on transit time) and Planned Due Date on Customer Order Line was 4/3/25 at 1159pmToast message indicated earliest possible delivery date was 4/5/25 - but the connected shop order reflected a Finish Date of 4/3/25 at 1159pm Why is the system indicating to the user the earliest possible delivery is 4/5/25 when the shop order will be complete on 4/3/25 at 1159pm?

Is the demand planning in IFS is taking lead time from SUPPLIER FOR PURCHASE PART or INVENTORY PART?

Has anyone had issues with material reservations on Parked Shop Orders preventing a Purchase Req from generating on Shop Order Outside Operations?  Normally, once a Shop Order is created in the Planned status (usually from a Customer Order), we will put the Shop Order on the Parked status while approvals and verifications are being done.  And, once everything is in order, it is unparked and then put to Released status, which triggers the Purchase Req for a Shop Order Outside Operation.   Unfortunately, there are times in which material for a Shop Order on Park status will get reserved on the Shop Order Materials Tab (normally because it is in high-demand and the team is trying to ensure it is not used elsewhere).  If this happens, though, the Shop Order when unparked will go straight to a Reserved status, and will not go back to Planned status.  It will also never go to a Released status, nor is there a way to manually “release” the Shop Order unless you unreserve all the material.  An

Hi,We have a setup where site A place purchase order to Site B and site B purchase from external supplier for direct delivery to site A, see below picture.We have tried different setups in supply chain matrix to define transport lead time from external supplier to demand site A but so far without success. Does anyone have an idea if this is possible and if so how? 

Hello everybody :We're facing an awkward situation. Previously, printing the delivery note included all lines from the customer order. For example  whether they were delivered or not But now, we are just getting the line of the delivery action : The print is being done from the Print Delivery Note for customer orders page :    Any idea why or how to analyse please?   

When a shipment is changing the status to complete, we need to collect commercial invoice and packing list operational reports in PDF format, to build the documentation package for the carrier. What would be the way to link an event/BPA  on the shipments table with a process of automatically generating these two operational reports and sending them to a SFTP location? Is there a way to maybe generate an XML file (same as an E-Invoice process) which can contain the PDF attachments base64 encoded and embedded in the XML?Any hints would be kindly appreciated.

Hi we are looking into standard lead times automatically being added to promised dates when entering Customer Order Lines.Currently, even if the Expected Lead Time has a value, the initial Promise Date will still be sysdate. We do get an informational text stating that the suggested date should be sysdate + Lead time, but it allows the line to remain at sysdate.Based on what we read from other forum posts, it seems like this is the opposite to how standard practices work, but we are not sure why our system allows this. Why does the first promise date (during new line creation) not automatically include the Expected Lead Time?

We are experiencing an issue with IFS where customer orders are being placed on credit hold during shipment completion by the logistics department, preventing them from closing shipments. Our standard procedure is for credit limit checks to occur during order release by customer service, followed by credit team review and release if necessary.Recently, however, logistics has reported frequent instances of orders being blocked upon attempting to complete shipments. Could you please confirm if there are specific settings within the customer setup that determine when IFS performs credit limit checks and applies credit holds? Hi, We discovered an issue with a RMA of an order line of a serialized part. (We work in IFS-cloud)We sold a serialized part which now has been returned and we need to dismantle into components (some of them serialized too).The RMA was received into arrival and now that we want to identify the Serials before moving it to stock, we get an error “The current position Xpart_noX, XserialX is issued.I think in this case that the RMA is connected to a CO line that has a serial delivered to it, should recognize that the serial part is being returned and not asking for a new serial or saying that the serial is not possible to return.Do you guys have an idea why would this be happening or/and a workaround to solve the issue? Thanks in advance.

When creating a customer order that is having a Credit control group assigned to a customer with following setup(Credit check enabled at Release Order / Create picklist / Deliver Order) After creating a customer order when the user is trying to create the picklist at shipment window the order getting blocked if the credit limit is exceeded as it’s enabled to be credit checked at the pick list creation. But in a scenario of the user wants to unblock the order using Handle blocked orders and continue with the warehouse operation to arrange the shipment by creating the picklist, the system is blocking the order again as it’s stopping the order flow.  So, if the user wants to complete the picking and proceed to the shipment, The subject customer’s credit control group should be released from the whole credit check.Considering the scenario, we should have capability to create the pick list again and complete the shipment under that credit control stage and a credit check could be done at th

Do we have a functionality in IFS to register charges/costs in Shipment Orders (no customer order link)? The company may use Courier service company (e.g uber) to move parts between different sites in the same company and the cost want to be registered.  Thank you! 

We have some parts where we have to pay the supplier an excise tax fee.  We typically purchase a part in a UOM of an Each with a purchase UOM of a Pound, and then we have an inventory conversion rate to get it to the Inventory UOM of a Pound.  The purchase charge is a rate at a per Pound unit charge.  I don’t know if something changed when we updated to version 24R1, but some charges I had set up before are showing the charge amount as a Unit Charge in a pound Price UOM.  I am now seeing where I added some recent charges, and the UOM is pulling in as an Each.  It does not look like I am able to update the UOM.  Where does the UOM for the Charge rate pull from and is there a way to change that?

Hello IFS Community, Looking for any customers who is successfully managing changes on intercompany purchase order direct orders.  Process is  Create customer order for external customer.Enter customer order line with supply option int purchase direct where supplier is setup as inter-site supplier in IFS Release customer order which auto generates the intercompany purchase order. Release the intercompany PO. The above process is fine if we don’t need to make change but we live in the real world where changes can happen through human error or parts in stock are not available or faulty.  If we attempt to correct the errors or shortfall of stock by adding a new customer order line on the external customer order.   IFS will auto generate and create a new internal purchase direct order for each change rather than allowing the changes be added on same internal purchase order created previously.   To explain, the new customer order line is mainly needed as we use project inventory and therefo

Dear all,Is there any way for Transport Tasks with order type Kanban Card never to be mixed with other Transport Tasks (e.g. order type = Shop Order) ?For example, is there any way that when the Kanban Circuit is active and the Kanban Transport Task is created, couldn't teh Transpor Task be fixed?

Hi,I have added some workflows for the standard Supplier Performance Evaluation KPI workflow (srmGetAutomatedKpiValues).When I run the 'Get All Automated KPI Values' button from the header, three KPIs display incorrect values. However, when I execute the same action using the line-level button, the values are correct.Have you encountered this issue before, or do you have any idea what might be causing it? Thanks!
