Customer order pre-posting 25R1SU3

Hi,

We have upgraded to 25R1 SU3 last week and we can no longer pre-post our customers orders to accounting projects (financial project). IFS has introduced a bug fix SCZ 27798 and it is now mandatory to enter a project id (WBS project) in the customer order details tab if to want to entre pre-posting on the customer header.

Has anybody else experienced this problem or can help us out ?

      Hi ​@OREamackenzie,

      Yes, this seems to be a core system error. Please raise a support case.

      I've noticed multiple issues related to this area where the root cause seems to be the bug fix SCZ-27798.

        Where is informed that issue has been solved in following:
        IFS Fixed Versions: 23.2.22 - 23R2 SU22,24.1.16 - 24R1 SU16,24.2.10 - 24R2 SU10,25.1.4 - 25R1 SU4,25.2E.0 - 25R2 EA
