In standard IFS setup there is no direct functionality to restrict multisite customer order deliveries to only one specific day per month.

Delivery Routes are mainly used for shipment planning and transport grouping. They do not control order creation or automatically force a specific delivery date during order entry. Also, internal customers cannot use Customer Calendar in the same way as external customers, so that option is limited.

In practice, there are a few possible approaches.

One option is to control the planned delivery date using lead time or planning parameters so that all internal orders are aligned to a specific monthly delivery date. Another practical solution is operational control: allow orders to be created during the month but release shipments only once per month.

If multisite supply is planning-driven, supply frequency or lot sizing in MRP can be adjusted so replenishment happens monthly instead of weekly.

If strict system enforcement is required, an Event Action can be implemented to validate the delivery date and block order confirmation unless it matches the predefined monthly delivery day.

There is no standard “monthly delivery only” setting for multisite CO, so the solution usually depends on planning setup, shipment control, or a small customization depending on how strict the requirement is.
