We created a couple of Sites for multi-site planning, but the Internal Customer is incorrect.  Within the Site, we hyperlinked to the internal Customer, but selected Remove.

Now the Site still has the Internal Customer but we cannot Delete the Internal Customer because it has already been Removed.

Hi @davidbaldwin,

Please follow the steps below. If the issue is not resolved, please attach the screenshots.

Re-link the Internal Customer temporarily

  1. Go back to the Site → Internal Customer section

  2. Add back the same customer that was originally linked (yes, even though it's incorrect)

This restores the connection the system needs to allow a proper deletion.

Remove it again properly

  1. Once re-linked, use Remove again

  2. Confirm that:

    • The Internal Customer disappears from the Site

    • No Internal Customer is showing under the hyperlink

This time the removal fully propagates through dependency tables.

Add the correct Internal Customer

  1. Now link the correct Internal Customer to the Site

  2. Save

HI @Nikila Dis

Responding on behalf of @davidbaldwin  as his response ended up in IFS Community mailbox :)

HI Nikila,

Thank you for your recommendation, but we were not able to follow it properly and decided to create another Site.

Please see the screenshots from our attempt.”

All the best,
Grzegorz

Hi @davidbaldwin , You may need to navigate to the internal customer (INT V1102C) → Sales tab → Disable ‘internal customer’ toggle. Then the link would be removed from the site hyperlink.

If this resolves your question, please mark it as the best answer. So that it will be helpful for other peers.

Kind regards,

Sayuri.
