During our physical inventory we run we a count report and work to count the pieces in the warehouse and transcribe that information into the count per count report screen of IFS.
Frequently we find there are parts on the shelf in a location that do not exist on the count sheet.
Since we do not physically relocate any product during PI
Our process is to then manually add the parts into IFS using the Count per Inventory Part, one part to one location at a time.
This is quite manual and slow.
Does anyone have a more sophisticated way to add these into the count sheets?
External file loads or a different screen?
