Hello Community,Can the logic of a standard IFS Cloud operational report definition be modified? Is it possible to customize the existing report, or is it recommended to create a new custom report instead? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone,I added a column to database as you can see picture below:I couldn’t find the column on the page designer of that page:I think i need to do something on IFS Developer Studio. Could you please help me about the steps?Regards,

Hello everyone,I have an issue when it comes to Shop Order that are connected to CAMRO processes. The idea is to have a Pick List that can cover multiple Shop Orders, like Consolidated Picklist for Customer Orders/Shipments.Anyone had this problem before? How can we do a Consolidated Shop Order Pick List?

Hi all,I’ve only started working with IFS from last week, so please bear with me :)Would it be possible to add:Lot Size and Order Point to “Suppliers for Purchase parts”?  basically to get a list and overview of all Purchased Parts set up.I’ve tried using Query designer with no luck, because SupplierAssortment doesn’t have a PartNo in a dropdown menu to choose.

Hi All, Could someone share the process to set-up automated Time Type selection based on Calendar?I’m trying some things but I can’t seem to figure it out.The idea is to be able to set ‘Standard Time’ and ‘Overtime’ Automatically based on the Time Repôrted on a Work Task. Best RegardsRoel

Hello Champs,I am working on two lobbies in IFS Cloud. The requirement is simple: from the first lobby, when a user clicks on a record in a list tile, a value should be passed as a page parameter to the second lobby. The challenge is that the value to be passed is computed via an API in the data source of the first lobby, not a direct field from the table. While the page parameter exists in both lobbies, it is currently receiving null when the row is clicked. For example, the URL configured in the tile is something like:lobby/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx?pageParams=EMPLOYEE_ID:${record.EMPLOYEE_ID} I would appreciate guidance or best practices on how to reliably pass API-computed values from a list tile in one lobby to another lobby.Thank you in advance!

Hello, when I want to open page, this error occured:  This error happens when the server cannot serialize the data to be sent to the client.A common cause is that one attribute's length exceeds the defined maxlength in the projection. To find more info, open Log Window or Debug Console, refresh and then check Network Tab in DevTools. In the response there can be more detailed information about the exception.Error details: N/A I open DevTools → Network and in this operation was status code 200, I dont know what should I do

Why does the system allow issuing a quantity greater than what is defined in the Repair Action (Add)? Shouldn’t this be restricted to avoid mismatches between the consumed quantity for the repair and the as-built structure revision generated at MLRSO receipt? Environment – IFS Cloud 24.1Create and release an MLRSO for a serial-tracked repair part. In Shop Order → Materials, issue the component part representing the repair part. Go to Shop Order Multilevel Repair Structure, select the repair part node, and add a repair action: Define a serial-tracked part (Quantity = 1), select a repair reason, and confirm. Return to Shop Order → Materials, then: Reserve Quantity = 2 of the component part using Manual Reservation. Issue both reserved serials using Manual Issue. From the shop order header, perform Manual Receive: Enable Auto Report Operations, create a record in Serial Inventory Receipt, and complete the MLRSO receipt. In As-Built Structure, search for the repair part and the received se

My workplace is about to upgrade to Cloud version 25R1 and I have a question about the Workflow Designer feature. When using WorkFlow Designer is it possible to call custom PL/SQL functions/procedures/packages (that I have created myself)  from the canvas area (see screen cap below). The back-end database will be hosted on our own premises so if I add objects to that db can I access them in a Workflow? Also will I be able to pass in values from the Workflow to functions/procedures and return values etc.? I don’t have access to the new environment yet so I can’t try it myself.Thank you.

Hi all,We have a requirement to apply dual sourcing through the product structure:two different but interchangeable components that should be used in, for example, a 50/50 ratio.Using phase in/phase out doesn’t seem like a good solution, because shifting schedules cause new purchase requisitions to move from product A to product B within the lead times.Dual sourcing via Purchasing isn’t possible either, because the two components are physically different items and therefore must be procured as separate components.Does anyone have a suggestion on how this could be handled within standard IFS Cloud? Thanks in advance!

Good morning/afternoon.I'm not very familiar with the Rest API and currently I’m developing a project that will automate some events in my workspace, and I'm having a hard time retrieving the full description of an event from a request. I can get the short description, the custom fields, and basically every other piece of data I've looked for — but I can't retrieve the full description.I've already tried the following (and other similar) requests:/assystREST/v2/events/{event_id}/assystREST/v2/events/{event_id}?fields=customFields,customFields.singleSelectValue,customFields.systemLookupValue,customFields.multiSelectValues I also know it's probably not under actions, but I tried this as well:/assystREST/v2/actions?eventId={event_id}At the image you can see what I’m looking for. Thank you in advance for your support.

I have a question regarding an electronic Kanban circuit. Is it possible to directly deduct the inventory to a cost center once the transport task has been executed, instead of transferring it to a location? This is to prevent incorrect stock levels on the shop floor, particularly for small packaging materials and fasteners. I would like to add the cost of these materials to the product cost by applying a surcharge.

Need assistance on Advanced Searches on List Views within Aurena. See image below. What am I doing wrong?  As you can see from search I am trying to see only certain stage values, but results are bringining in all. Please advise correct query. (ProcessId = 'UNI_SALES_PROCESS') AND (StageId ne '100' OR  StageId ne '90') Also, what language is this? Is there documentation?

Hello,Can some one suggest if IFS has new certification as  IFS Certified Expert - Technician (IFS Cloud). I only heard about  IFS Certified Practitioner Technician (IFS Cloud) Best RegardsPankaj

Hello, I have noticed that with a defined discrete UoM on a part, you are still able to report and receive into inventory a fraction of a part. I do not understand how this would be possible. Would setting it to a discrete UoM not force you to report whole numbers?Calc Qty Rounding is also set at 0 on the Inventory Part record. Any guidance on understanding how this issue is occurring would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,Could someone please clarify the usage of the “Auto Replace to Alternate upon Reservation” toggle in the Inventory Part?I have enabled this option and confirmed that it is reflected in the Alternate Component. However, after creating Shop Orders and testing multiple scenarios, I’m unable to observe any behavioral difference when the toggle is enabled versus disabled.Could you please explain in which scenarios this option takes effect, or let me know if there are any specific prerequisites or conditions to be met for it to work as expected?Thank You.

I have encountered an issue while working with a customer .  The Oracle version is 19C (19.15.0.0.0) on Linux. The Oracle version is 19C (19.15.0.0.0) on Linux, and I have deployed a delivery with IFS Cloud  22.1.6 on top of 22.1.5.There was an issue during the deployment of the database objects due to the Oracle parameter job_queue_processes being set to 0 in the container database, while the value was set to 16 in the pluggable database. This caused the deployment to stall, and I had to terminate the database session. The job_queue_processes value was set to 16 in the container and pluggable databases and the deployment resumed. After completion of the Middle tier deployment, I started Aurena and logged in as IFSADMIN to reset the password for the application owner. These are the error messages showing in the Aurena client. The boxes with the error messages disappeared and the following message is shown:The error message details is shown when pressing the Report button: Url (parameters i

I have a Manufactured Inventory Part in Project Deliverables and have the Max Lot Size set to 1.  Within PD, the Material Plan shows that I have only 1 shop order.  If I have Max Lot Size set to 1, shouldn’t I have multiple shop orders?Am I doing something wrong?Patrick

Hi all, On the dispatch list in the shop floor workbench I would like to have the dop header nr visible. Anyone knows how to make this value visible in the shop floor workbench? With or without a CRIM item. Kind regards. Willem

Hello, I have run into an issue with a hung POR in an Authorized (not closed state). Unfortunately, I was made aware too late and the project and activity have been closed for a long time. At this point, I am unable to cancel the POR, or disconnect the POR from the project. I’m looking for some way to resolve this, but I have found nothing. Hoping someone has seen this before and can provide some  guidance. Thank you!

Hello everyone,We have a customer using PSO Standalone (Version 6.16.) who requires that short-term absences are immediately visible in the system. When a resource reports sick and this is entered in PSO under unavailabilities, the absence does not appear in the Gantt chart until after an import (load file). This is problematic for short-notice absences. Is there any way to make absences visible immediately?Thank you!

When a template structure that has been transferred to manufacturing more than once contains a module where a piece part is added and activated at the module level, why is the piece part not included in the CAMRO service contract structure tree? Steps followed:Create two new parts configured as manufacturing parts, engineering parts, and serial-tracked parts. Using the Add Structure Position command, add a structure position to a template structure that has already been transferred to manufacturing (same site) more than once. Add a module in Preliminary state, then add a piece part beneath the module, also in Preliminary state. Activate the module line, which also activates the underlying child part. The transfer to manufacturing for these parts is performed automatically. Verify the CAMRO service contract and observe that the child part is not included in the service contract structure tree.

Why does the Alternate Module not contain the same Position Parts as the Prime Module, given that it was not created as a separate template? Should it not inherit the Position Parts from the Prime Module in this case?
