Hello,  I have a question about the tolerance in the posting proposal. Is there a way to block the posting proposal modification if the difference between the invoice and the PO is above tolerance values ?  Best regards.

Community,Does anyone could tell me which window in IFS can maintain file TAX_LIABILITY_COUNTRIES? I am trying to remove the stale data in this file, but I cannot find where to remove it except SQL, but I don’t have SQL update function with me.The file can be seen in window Company/Tax Control/Invoice. I can see company 80 is in this file, but I cannot see anything in Company/Tax Control/Invoice window, hence I cannot remove it at all.

Hello,I’m running into an error trying to use an API method from the equipment object structure costs, and I’m wondering if this is a bug or if it’s intended functionality. If it’s intended functionality, would someone be able to explain why? Below is an example of the issue. For reference, we are running Apps 10 update 13. On equipment objects, there is a tab called cost/year. This shows summed costs that have been transacted against this object. On object V13201 below, the display shows a total cost for 2022 at $300.45. This is actually the sum of 4 different transactions so far, all with the cost type of Expenses. However when I run the API method EQUIPMENT_STRUCTURE_COST_API.Get_Total_Cost_Year('V13201', '104', '2022'), I get a null result returned. To confirm this API method works, I tested it on another object that has multiple cost types associated with it. The screenshot below shows V00042 has a total cost of $743.98 with $449.22 being cost type Expenses and $294.76 being cost t

Lunch & Learn question by @Jamie Lovesey:When the update is applied and last for 23mths, is there any additonal costs or license cost uplift for the next release or is this part of the annual platinum support”?

Hi All -- hoping for some help with a migration job issue I’ve been struggling with. I need another pair of eyes to see what I’m overlooking.I’ve got a job containing two separate views, plus the custom field view for one. Validating my job results in “Validate OK”, however upon execution I receive “The Sales Part Base Price already exists.”  I’m trying to update the custom field (CF$_ACCEPTABLE_USE_CODE_DB) or any field in the line, and not create a new one. Attaching screenshots of everything I can think of… I’m also a rookie when it comes to data migration.

Hi, I’m working with a customer on NCR’s and they want to prevent NCR’s from moving into Released status unless the NCR is connected to an object. I can up with this event action:And it works when an NCR isn’t connected to a Project. For example, the test NCR 120822-3 throws the error that I'm looking for when I try to release it: However, after connecting the NCR to a project:I get this error message: And I’m not really sure why. When I run my select statement in Oracle I can see that it’s evaluating to 1:So, right now I’m at a bit of a loss and I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to get this over the finish line.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to have multiple project activities that have the same activity short name (they have different activity sequences). I’m currently getting the validation error ‘The Activity already exists’ and wondering if there is a way around this.

I’m completely new to IFS. Thanks for any help :) I’d like to use the OpenAPI code generator to generate a PHP client — and see what the outcome is. The code generator relies on access to a `.yml` or `.yaml` file as this very short blog post shows. Apologies for my cluelessness. I’m wondering how I find the routes to these `.yml` files.

Can anyone explain how Apps9 calculates the next count date? I’ve an example below that I can not fathom out how it has calculated it. Receipt Date is 27/10/2021, Last Activity Date is 11/01/2022 and Next Count Date is 31/03/2023 - the cycle interval is set at 360 (our aim is counted once a year).

In 22R1 it is not possible to do Edit All in all columns in the Accounts window, e.g. Keep Reported Currency as Currency Balance and Keep Balances Separated by Reporting Entity. Will this be changed in a new release or is this the way it shall work? It is very time consuming to enable it manually.

The latest Cloud documentation for this reads:First the shop orders for the parts with the highest low level is reviewed. Then it continues with the next level, and then the level after that until all levels have been reviewed. The phrase ‘highest low level’ is ambiguous. If my list consist of parts with low levels 2, 3, and 4, which one is the highest, 2 or 4? 2 is the highest looking at it from a structure perspective, while 4 is the highest value. If this is a bottom-up approach, e.g., starting with parts at level 4, then moving up to 3 , then 2 and so on, could this be written simply as being a ‘bottom-up’ method? If it is a top-down approach, then the same applies.

Hi Experts,I can not create a Sales Quotation due to the below error. But, customer record has the tax code already available. Please help.

I created a simple lobby with a single element that takes the count of a data source that filters Purchase orders by STATE = ‘Complete’ (Status, Shown as STATE within the Columns for some reason)Within the element designer i have “Use data source condition” ticked and when viewing the lobby from EE the link works. When viewing in Aurena i cannot click the link. Is there a reason for this? I Even on the Application owner account with full permissions it won’t work. The Element / Lobby are  both set to Aurena .
