Hi All, Do we have a way to create two work assignments for below requirement. There should  be two or many assignments where one assignment is primary (task leader) and others are secondary.  Only reporting should be done by the primary assignment. Others are supportive and do not report time to the work. It is like booking of few other resources to support main assignee.Crew functionality does not matching with this since these grouping are dynamic and short term. In IFS, if you create assignments all has to complete the work to automatically transfer the work task status to “Work Done”.Is there a way to work with a primary assignment and a dummy assignments? TIA.

Hi All,Can someone please explain the standard IFS solution to impair fixed assets? In that process, will I be able to identify impairment transactions separately from other value reductions of the FA?

Hi,I am currently using 25R2, when selecting Start Work on the mobile app (IFS MWO Maintenance), I am receiving the following error.   When select Accept, Incomplete and Reject it works OK.  Can you please advise what may be causing this issue when Start Work is selected? Thanks!

When creating a Customer Location I have the option to assign a Validity period against the location with a start date and end date:There doesn’t appear to be any enforcement of this parameter when I am creating a Service Request/Task at the customer location if the end date has been passed. Is this by design or is this possible a bug? The idea would be that the customer Location shouldn’t be shown on the LoV after the end date has passed. Thanks

Hi, I want to hide the Corrective and Preventive Actions section only for some users. I could not find any permission set that can be used to hide this.

It is described in the docs to some extent how raise the log level to DEBUG from the default INFO here:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/050_development/022_user_interface/030_aurena_dev/140_resources/100_ODP/400_logging/ I tried that, but it still does not log the actual contents of the request and response. How can that be done?

Hi everybody,in IFS10 we have scheduled task to calculate purchase costs (latest purchase cost).   How to set it up in IFS Cloud?I tried to set it up, but I don’t know the syntax for ATTRIB_ parameter in IFSCloud. When I copy the argument from background job (when you run it manually), it doesn’t work. I am aware of other ticket saying it is not possible even in APPS10, but it definitely works, so I just want to double check. Thansk a lot.Jan

We have created thousands of request with given PlannedStart and PlannedFinish.Via API-Call we want to clear these both fields and set the other fieldsjson = $"{{\n";                                                                     json += $" \"PlannedStart\" : \"\" , ";json += $" \"PlannedFinish\" : \"\" , ";json += $" \"EarliestStart\" : \"{EarliestStart}\" , ";json += $" \"LatestStart\" : \"{LatestStart}\" , ";json += $" \"LatestFinish\" : \"{LatestFinish}\" , ";json += $" \"Duration\" : {Duration} , ";json += $" \"Objsite\" : \"{Objsite}\" ";json += $"\n}}";endpoint = $"main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/WorkTaskServiceHandling.svc/JtTaskSet(TaskSeq={TaskSeq})";response = await Rest.PATCH(endpoint!, json, "", eTagTask); The response throws an error, because PlannedStart and PlannedFinish are not set.Example:In the above example: Set earliestStart to 11:00, LatestStart to 15:00, LatestFinish to 17:00 on the same day. The goal behind is: make the requests (tasks) more flexible by

We have started testing MSO and many questions are coming up. One of the questions is whether MSO supports the scheduling of parallel operations. From the initial results, it seems that it does not. Is there a parameter that needs to be set somewhere to enable this? The testing was done in the 25R1 environment.

To plan and schedule work tasks from a work order on Dispatch Console, I’m trying to get the scheduling dataset up and running. However, I’ve been unable to connect the Maintenance Organization Site to the Scheduling Dataset.Individually, I can see the options in the dropdown for both, but when I select a value for either the Maintenance Organization Site or the Scheduling Dataset, the other option disappears.Could I be missing a data setup that enables the connection between the Maintenance Organization Site and the Scheduling Dataset?   Thank you

We go live in a week or so.  Is there a way in service to define the starting ID for Service Requests and Request Work Tasks.  Right now the sequencing starts at one.  With the way oracle sorts IDs, this will become a problem when there are million plus IDs… i.e. the sort sequence will look like this: 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000 then 2, 20, 200, 2000 20000 etc.  If there were a way to define the start value, we would like to know about.  I suspect it is not possible.
