Dataset Connection to Maintenance Organization Site

To plan and schedule work tasks from a work order on Dispatch Console, I’m trying to get the scheduling dataset up and running. However, I’ve been unable to connect the Maintenance Organization Site to the Scheduling Dataset.

Individually, I can see the options in the dropdown for both, but when I select a value for either the Maintenance Organization Site or the Scheduling Dataset, the other option disappears.

Could I be missing a data setup that enables the connection between the Maintenance Organization Site and the Scheduling Dataset?

Thank you for your feedback.

Actually, I found out what the issue was.

In Dispatch Console Dataset Access, my Dataset connected with the wrong company for whatever reason. Thereafter, I created another dataset and the second time it got linked with the correct company. Hence, I was able to connect the Maintenance Organization Site to the Scheduling Dataset.

Please see the below test plan:

 

After selecting the scheduling dataset, the Maintenance organization site should not go blank. This is not a functionality issue; it may be a defect in the application. You may raise a ticket with the IFS support team.
