25R2 - mWO - Cannot Start Work

Hi,

I am currently using 25R2, when selecting Start Work on the mobile app (IFS MWO Maintenance), I am receiving the following error.

 

 

 

When select Accept, Incomplete and Reject it works OK. 

 

Can you please advise what may be causing this issue when Start Work is selected?

Can you kindly check whether REQMGT component is available in customer’s solution set ?

If it is FALSE, then you will observe above error.

May I know the SU version the customer is in ?

I ask because, a fix for this issue is available in 25R2 SU4 version.

The customer is not using the REQMGT component. Request based service management isn't available. 

 

They are on 25.2.3.

That confirms the root cause.

Once the customer upgrade to SU4, the issue will be solved. Will that be fine with the customer ?

@Thilini Kumarasinghe , thanks I will notify our software architect and PM to plan the SU4 upgrade.
