Hi Team,We have a service order which is in rejected status. But client wants it to be invoiced now.Is there any way we can roll back SV from rejected status and then invoice it?Let us know of any process that may help in this situation, so that we will provide the service requested by the client.

We have a situation where we will prepare orders and deliver them in IFS, but then the carrier fails to show up to actually pick up the order.  This causes an issue because AP has to wait for manual confirmation from our shipping area that the truck has actually picked up all of the shipments before they can create an invoice. Is there something in IFS that allow shipping to confirm that the order has actually been picked up?

Hi, we use V15.4.Occasionally, we have users that accidentally create duplicate Installed Items and by the time we discover the duplication, both versions have history.Is there any way we could link or combine these installed items into just one, without losing the history of either?Thanks, Chris

Hi Guys,I tried everything I’ve been able to find and yet, not been able to show the SUPPLIER INVOICE WORKFLOW tab, at COMPANY-->INVOICE. Anybody can help me?  Thanks,Gianni Neves

In the Time Registration screen, when I select Shop Order and choose an operation from the LOV, I noticed that I cannot find any operations that are in ‘Parked’ status. Is there a way to populate those shop order operations? Even when I search for a specific Shop Order # that has an operation in Parked status - no data is being found.

We need to reprint the “Additional Invoice With QR Code”.With Order Report, no parameter is showing up.Reprint from customer invoice only proposes the Invoice layout, not the QR.Thank you for any feedback!IFS10 Update 11Regards Martina

Hi,Can anyone tell me the name of the slider called “Accepted by Customer” in the Resolve screen of a Service Order please?  We’d like to hide that for some Security Setup but I am struggling to find how it is identified.  Seemed like it might be “is_accepted” but I think I am missing a prefix or such.

Before I issue a ticket to investigate as a bug, I wanted to see if there is something we are missing are do not have turned on. I am looking to the change a PR status and based on the ‘Change Status’ user manual options, I should have visibility of and ability to select a status greater than the current status. Currently, I have no options to choose from. Thanks, SeanUser Manual:PR:

Hi….again!This issue relates directly to the post below…We have the Send Dispatch Advice Automatically set on for all our sites, for inter-company orders. Yet when the order is delivered, the Dispatch Advice Sent box remains saying No….screenshot below.. As mentioned, the slider is ticked on the site to send the advice automatically…. We can send the advice manually but find it a tad annoying that in our config environment this was working perfectly. Has anybody had anything similar occur??? Many thanks.

We recently performed a reconfigure on our middleware server to apply a new security certificate.Since then, our clients display a warning message when printing a quick report.  It says “Client has requested to run in invalid local ‘en-US’.  English, ‘en-US’ will be used instead.  Correct your Locale Setting.You can click OK on this message and the quick report comes up and it can be printed.  We do not use IFS Print agents.  It also doesn’t come up for everyone, sometimes if you restart IFS it goes away.Has anyone else got this warning before?

Hi all,I want to compare two datetimes, and get the amount of seconds left.I tried SELECT DATEDIFF(second, GETDATE(),ACTUAL_TRAVEL_START_DTTM) FROM task WHERE task_id = {0} This one works via the sql query tool. But if I use it in a getdvalue, no value is returned  getDBValue("select CONVERT(TIME,ACTUAL_TRAVEL_START_DTTM - GETDATE()) from task where task_id = {0}", taskid);

Hi, Have you encountered the following situation ?After scheduling with APB, the shop order start date is update accordingly. However, after 1 day, the date goes back to the initial shop order start date, without being rescheduled. What might be the issue behind it? Thanks!

Hi,Recently, we are configuring  Horizontal cluster for ifs app.MainServer 2 and IntServer 2 setup successfully using details of ifs document. But when going to create HttpServer2 in admin console it gives below error .when checked log file below error found:  <2023-05-11 14:40:23> <SEVERE> <OHS-0> <Failed to start the server HttpServer2><2023-05-11 14:46:03> <INFO> <OHS-4018> <Starting server HttpServer2><2023-05-11 14:46:03> <WARNING> <OHS-4034> <SSL is not enabled for the admin port of HttpServer2. In the course of Update 21, we switched our MWS to Windows Server 2019 in our DEV environmentSince the installation of Update 21, the HTTP server is no longer running. The message: "SSL not enabled" We have no MWS problems on Oracle Linux and all services are running. As we have far fewer problems with Linux, we are considering moving to Linux.But what is holding us back is the autobuilder. As far as we know, F1-Mage requires Windows - we have already toyed with the idea of using WINE but have no experience of automating this.Have you found a way to run the autobuilder on Linux and automatically run F1-Mage to sign the runtime directory?Anyone else experienced this issue with Windows MWS?

Some customers using the Human Resource module (especially Time Card functionality) on IFS versions older than Apps9 (i.e. prior to Apps9 Update 14 - typically nearly 20 year customers) have received this error when trying to confirm/authorize time card day records. This impacts payroll, time card authorizations, project costs, etc.

Hi everyone, We are trying to ship parts with a customer ownership, but when we “Report Picking”, this error message appears.“The ownership info on the source location does not match the ownership info on the destination location”Does anyone know what that means ? We did the same thing as usual, and normally we don't get this message, and both location are company ownership, so i dont get it. Thanks for your help !

We are working in Cloud 23.1.3 and developing our Business Opportunity work process. Are there any best practice recommendations against renaming the tabs such as changing the tab from Sales Process to Quote/Sales Process?  We have made the change and done some testing without any issues discovered so far.  Is there anything that would discourage us from making this change?  Is it something that could cause problems with updates?

We would like to control the ‘Detach’ option in Document Management. The requirement would be specifically to have few users with the ‘Detach’ capability for specific Document Classes and have the rest of the users in ‘View’ access. Further, we would like to control this by window level. We only need the capability of controlling the ‘Detach’ option in the Shop Order window and it should work as expected in other windows.  When I tried the Access levels in Document Basics it overrides from somewhere. I created a Group with all the users and given access level as ‘View’ for the specific Document Class. Then I included the special person IDs into the Document Class with ‘Admin’ access. This did not work.  Then I tried to remove the following permission from the allocated permission sets. DOC_REFERENCE_OBJECT_API.RemoveStill I could see the Detach RMB option for the user and the user is able to remove the document from the shop order window.  What would be the approach to have this config

In IFS Apps 9 you can create your own rules (type External). Unfortunately, there is nothing in the documentation about creating such rules. There are only 4 examples in the code. The question is, did anyone use it and have any other examples or documentation?
