We have a situation where we will prepare orders and deliver them in IFS, but then the carrier fails to show up to actually pick up the order. This causes an issue because AP has to wait for manual confirmation from our shipping area that the truck has actually picked up all of the shipments before they can create an invoice.
Is there something in IFS that allow shipping to confirm that the order has actually been picked up?
