Can anyone tell me the name of the slider called “Accepted by Customer” in the Resolve screen of a Service Order please? We’d like to hide that for some Security Setup but I am struggling to find how it is identified. Seemed like it might be “is_accepted” but I think I am missing a prefix or such.

Hi Chris,
That is the correct ID for this element, is_accepted.
You have to define the custom permission on the Resolve page, not the service order main:
When I did this and logged in with a user on the appropriate resolved status, the field was disabled.
I did this with the 15.4 SU4 customizer…. of course you can make it invisible as the other option.
