" How can we get the user logged in Company session in PLSQL? "Product Version: UPD18

Hi there, actually we are not using the Checkbox “Priority SLA” in Customer Contracts by any reason, but as always there is an idea to have a marker on Contract Level showing this contract is more important than others. This should not have an effect on Priority oder Service Level calculations. So I need to know if there is a out-of-the-box functionality behind this checkbox or if I can use it for my purpose without braking anything else.  To give you more inside on my question. We do have some customer with a lot of Orders so the single order is not that important in the view of the contracts SLA. But there are also Customers with a very limited amount of Orders on some contracts where missing a single Ticket can have an enormous effect on its SLA. To mark these Contracts somehow I have the Idea to use this “Priority SLA” Checkbox. If this is not an option, I will just create a new Checkbox Field in customizer. Thanks in advance.

In Mixed Payment, showing an information message to tick ‘New Item’ and not allowing to save. How to solve the issue ?

We are using V10 IEE. Our business wants to schedule PM work orders out several years, to 2027. The Maintenance Plan for every PM Action we create will only plan work out to the end of next calendar year, Dec. 2025 in this case. This is observed across multiple sites and calendars used, even when the calendars are generated well past 2027.How do we get the Maintenance Plan to push planned work out multiple years ahead?

Hi All,I have created the below reference look up   However it is not appearing in pop up Search box as a concatenated display reference, please help ?

Hi All,Could you please advise me what is the best approach to connect same invoice number sequence for CO invoices and Instant invoices. Regards,MalinG.

The customer is trying to add the code field Reference No from Entity JT Task into a mobile screen. Currently the customer has already add multiple custom fields from JtTask into the target mobile screen, but for some reason the core field ReferenceNo is just not available in the drop down. - Open Solution Manager / Mobile Apps / Configuration / Apps for Page Designer.- Find page Service Engineer / My Work.- Click on a work task and button "..." / My Work Detail Page to take it to the Work Details Page.- Click on Page Designer to start changing that page.- Click on Contents / Task Information.- Scroll down to "Task Information Group".- Click on Contents + button to try to add Reference No.- Observe that Reference No is not in the drop down as it should. The entity is JTTask and it seems that all JtTask fields are available in the drop down except for Reference No.

Hi all, We are testing with Cloud 23R2 having an on-prem database. Just wanted to know if it is possible to configure the access such that mWO (Service Engineer) can access IFS directly from Android phones (i.e. without a vpn), but all other users accessing the wider IFS Cloud pages via PCs, tablets should use a vpn to connect? My idea is to make the access to IFS is secure enough, but not too rigid for the mWO users, and at the same time they don’t have to depend on reliability of the vpn.TIA.

Hi Experts:We have resource A where he is normally working for two types of jobs, Active and Passive. We have one dataset for ACTIVE and other one for PASSIVE.Question is How we can allocate the same resource into two datasets but job allocations should not conflicts?EX:If the resource A is allocated to a Task in dataset ACTIVE, at the same time he should not be allocated for any job in Dataset PASSIVE. Jobs should not conflics. Thank you,KM

Hi, Does anyone know if recent versions of Cloud support the multi drag and drop of operations in the manufacturing Visualizer?  In DOP and/or project manufacturing, all shop orders connected often need to be rescheduled as a whole. In APB, you can simply drag and drop the DOP or project and everything moves along. Is a similar option available in the Visualizer?

Hi,For a forecast Part I have entered data in ‘Manual Historical Demand Planning Data’ page. I did run the jobs ‘Aggregate Daily’ and ‘Create Forecast’ which were okay without errors. However when I check for the Forecast part → Historical data tab, I cannot see any of this data and historical values are shown as 0 even in the Demand Planner Client (Forecast tables values are all 0) This is my sql I have used Combination of Historical data + External issues, I guess this is correct.Version I am working on - 23R2What am I missing? Appreciate if someone can guide me in the right direction Kind RegardsYashodha

Hi everyone,Can I please know if there’s a way to Cancel/Delete an I voucher type? Voucher is not yet updated to GL. Thank you in advance

Hello BR experts,I have created a business reporter based on structure where I am trying to compare GL and IL Balances. Column HFM Balance is using source Internal Ledger Balance and Statutory Balance is using GL balance. When I defined a filter for Ledger ID on HFM Balance column, report gives me error shown on the screen shot. The only way to apply a filter is on cell level. But I am afraid it will reduce report generation time if I apply filter for each cell in the report.Basically my question is how to enter the filter that will bypass this error?   ThanksFurkan

Hi,My Logistic team would like some price displays with 3 (or more) digits after decimal point. We can input value with 5 decimal digits, and IFS manage it.But to control data, we have to open item one by one, it’s not confort. They manage gasoline price so it will be useful. Is there a way to manage displaying by page conception or by Contexte ?  Regards

Hi community,I’m trying to add an enumeration in the operational report parameter. In my RDF file, I added two procedures to get the qvalue and enumerate : Result in IFS :I can’t see the list of ‘NO’ and ‘AVO’.Any ideas please? Thanks in advance.

In App9 we could search for a set of SalesParts and then attach one Existing Document to all selected/found objects in one operation. We use it to attach the same document to several SalesPartsThis functionality was changed in Cloud and is deeply missing. We have e.g. 20 sales parts that shall be connected to the same document – and this not done by one/or to click.Today (cloud 23R1 SU6) we do following steps to attach one ExistingDocument to several SalesParts:Find all SalesParts that shall be connected to an existing document (1) (in Sales Parts window) Click on «Stample/Attachmens» «Attach existing» In the side panel you can select an existing document – by default you can search by TITLE (and not a Doc_no!)Step 2-4 must be done for each SalesPart, one by one(!) Do anybody know how to do it more efficient? It could help if we could write doc_no in «Attcha Existing Document» drop down list, instead of seraching by titles or use «search panel» for each time we attach the same document.

When trying to create an IAL that is not “Create IAL for live data only” it still creates the IAL as Live data only.  IFS Cloud 22R2.9.Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas?I need to create some scheduled IALs for large views to use in queries, and using live data is far too slow.Example: Creating a new IAL with the option for live data only disabled: The IAL is created without any error but it is only for Live data and cannot be scheduled: And no option to Update Now or Schedule the refresh from the IAL details screen either: But I can see in the database that the table needed to store the data has been created in the IAL_OWNER schema:

Is it possible to run IFS Cloud in a database other than Oracle?

Is there a way to change the order that IFS wants columns completed on the Customer Order Line in IEE?  When you add a new line, it automatically defaults to the Sales Part No field.  We want to start with the Customer’s PO No field.

I need help! Our template is set up to where it should print out a 2nd to 6th reminder if the invoice is still open. The first reminder is sent fine, it’s only the next week where nothing happens. For reminders 2, 3, 4 etc. What do I have setup incorrect? I have the Cust ID, Cust Group, Payer, AR Contact and Currency in the STD template.

Hi all, Using the developer studio I’ve created a customization to add a column to a projection. When saving a record in the form I need the projection action to pass the value of this new column for processing in a database package. This all works fine when I set the attribute in the entity details to type Text. However I would like this to be a check box, passing either TRUE or FALSE to avoid users having to type in true or false themselves. desired check box When I attempt to use the attribute type Boolean(“TRUE”, “FALSE”) as I have seen in some core implementations, after deploying the change I always receive an “Error While de-serializing contents error when saving a record. Though this appears as the desired check box in the form Relevant error from logs: Error in creating [application/json;ieee754compatible=true] deserializer to read request content.","invocation":{"class":"com.ifsworld.fnd.provider.processor.FndActionProcessor","method":"getActionInvokerBuilder","line":931}},{"

I have a Custom LU with a Custom Page.  The LU has a persistent field and I'd like to force record creation for that field to be unique values that are not blank.  I do not see a way to do this with Custom Configurations.  Am I missing something, or is it not possible?.

Are there any Java or middleware patches addressing vulnerabilities that have been released subsequent to the Apps 10 update 20?

Hi,We have encountered an error with the view FACT_ACTIVITY_CALCULATION_BI which I believe is part of the Analysis Models. The error is:ORA-00904: "ACTIVITY_CLASS_SEQ": invalid identifierHas anyone else experienced this?It seems that it is because the view thinks that "ACTIVITY_CLASS_SEQ" is a column in FACT_ACTIVITY_CALCULATION_OL but that view does contain that column. This is causing failures for us when we are trying to load the data into the SQL database.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Mark Mruss
