I have created a DMM project with service catalog → Urgency as scope. I have done the mapping and imported all the basic data into the basic data container and completed the steps till ‘Approved’. But I still get an error in basic data validation. Any idea what can be wrong in this scenario. Output containerBasic data containerThank you /Heshani N

Hi All, Question about setting a structure of connected objects ‘Out of Operation’.  We have various methods of connecting our Functional and Serial Objects:Main Structure (‘Function’ = Parent / Child connection) Additional Structures (Location /From / TO / Process / Process / Pipesystem / Electrical) Connected Objects With the Main structure we can set the Operational Status of the entire Parent-Child tree to ‘Out of Operation’ using the action button ‘Operational Status’ > ‘Set Structure Out of Operation’  When I check the other Object Structures, that function does not seems to be present. I can set the selected Object in ‘Out of Operation’, but to disable the objects connected through the ‘Electrical’ structure, I need to select them as well and click ‘Out of Operation’ again. And if I want to continue down the path I have to click ‘Next level’ to go deeper into the structure. Is there no option to set the entire structure to ‘Out of Operation’?  When I take it when step further

My user created training videos for Aurena a couple weeks ago. He re-watched it and noticed that Aurena used to have forward and back buttons in the top navigation but now it does not. Did anyone else noticed that their forward/back buttons disappeared? and has there been an update or is this a bug?

When I create an invoice, The CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP_REQUEST section was generated as the first section in the XML, in accordance with the schema. That is no longer the case. The PDF is generated, which is fine, but the problem is that I can no longer display a preview in the Report Designer, because an error message appears:“The current schema doesn't seem to match the specified file, render anyway?”But when I answer yes, nothing happens. We use Cloud 25R2

Hello everyone,I've noticed some unusual behavior in the system regarding the calculation of the difference between the invoice price and the standard cost when I enter a purchase invoice linked to a subcontracting purchase order:I am creating a purchase order for subcontractingThe configuration of the item to be received is as followsThe cost of the item to be received is as followsThe purchase price is therefore different from the standard cost I receive my order, and the following journal entries are generatedWhen entering the invoice, the difference between the standard cost and the purchase price yields a result that does not match the transaction: 6784.81 - 1366.58 = 5418.23. Is this normal? What does this difference of 0.0100 represent? And yet, in a non-subcontracting transaction, the calculation is correct. It’s only with subcontracting purchase transactions that the calculation yields an odd amount.

Hello Community,I have a requirement where, when creating a new Purchase Requisition, the user is currently able to select any requisitioner. However, we would like to restrict this so that in the LOV, the user can only see their own requisitioner ID.I have already tried the following approach, but I am not sure what I might be missing.Could anyone please advise on how this can be achieved?

In 24R2, PSO/Work Task/Scheduling Information, if we make changes for fixed resource and fixed date & Time. need to know who has done the changes ?

I am posting this inquiry in the community because we have not received a response from IFS to our email inquiry. We need a rough cost estimate for a potential new IFS customer. This is a small mechanical engineering company with approximately 50 users. The IFS installation would be provided by IFS in the cloud. We do not need a detailed or binding quote, just a rough idea of the costs involved. Please break down the costs into license fees and the costs for the server in the IFS cloud. Would this be possible immediately?

is it possible to re-order Page Parameters for a lobby - instead of deleting them and adding them back again in your preferred sequence? Thanks for helping!

In APPS10 there is a Received - Not Yet Invoiced report.  I have searched and this report should be in IFS Cloud but I am not able to find it.  I understand it may be under GNRI or Goods Received Not Invoiced but I am not finding those either. Where is this report in IFS Cloud?

Hi,Can someone explain me how the tolerance defined under Maintenance Triggers works for Conditioned based PM Actions?I entered the measurement where the relevant (Planned Value - recorded measurement) / Recorded measurement value is greater than the defined Tolerance %. But nothing changes in the PM Plan.So I need to check on this functionality to use it with Replacements + PM Grouping for a business scenario.Thank you!

Users now have to toggle on the “Send Email” toggle when emailing a PO.This wasn't the case in 23R1, but in 23R2, they have to do this, and do it for every PO. This has caused the team to miss/forget to toggle it.Can this be enabled to be on by default?

Hi All, We are experiencing an issue with generating SLA commitments from SLA Templates connected to Service and Request Contracts. SLA commitments are created when an Urgency is defined for a Request. The Service Catalog item was created as shown below. SLA Template that is attached to a Service item Different SLA Template is attached if the Urgency is 1 Creation of service request are show in below. First, without an urgency. No urgency used. Normal SLA template is fetched from the service. This is shown in the New Request assistant. However, When we created a Request, No SLA details are shown. The creation of a service request with an Urgency.  When we select Urgency = 1, Urgency related SLA Template is fetched and it is shown in the New request Assistant. SLA Commitment was created. We experience some SLA commitments issue when we connect a contract to a Request as well.Any idea on this behavior? Are there any intended functionalities with SLA templates? Or are we missing something

Hi all,In 25R1 mobile work order (via maintenance app), when trying to enter a new measurement, I have below error.function<GetNewmeasurementInfo>: Failed to read value from EquipmentObjectTestPntRec.descriptionNew measurementError Also noticed the description inEquipmentObjectTestPntRec looks like below.EquipmentObjectTestPntRecA colleague checking on a different environment verified the same issue in their environment as well. Did anyone come across the same? If so, is this something we can fix as individuals for our environments or is it a bug that IFS needs to fix? Many thanks in advance

hi folks,Can someone please advise how you did the data migration for Open projects (Projects in Approved, Started status) from apps 10 to IFS Cloud? These projects have in progress activities with different types of cost/revenue recorded on them. The same numbers should be visible in IFS Cloud. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.Thank you,Ashani

When a person is connected to an resource group and when that resource group is their primary resource group the resource group is fetched correctly in time registration. But I am able to see the other resource groups and able to select other resource groups and saved the record too.An employee should be only seeing the resource groups only connected to them and not all the resource groups which in the company. Any solution for above. Our employees work in multiple resource groups and they are tagged in for specific resource groups?
