A new button called "start Historic Work Package" was available in Maintenix 8.2 SP5. Users can use this button to record the start of a work package that occurred in the past. The user's role has been assigned the permission ACTION_START_HISTORIC_CHECK, but the button is not visible on the start work package page for the latest version. Only "Start work package" and" Start Work Package and Enter Usage" buttons are visible. Are there more permissions that need assigning to the role to be able to see the "Start Historic Work Package" button?

I am wondering if there is a way to add following pages as buttons to our Homepage- ToDo List: Database Rule Search Task Search Task Definition Search Fault Search Location Search Our To Do menu is brutally long so this would be a timesaver.

We have issues with data provided by Bin. All technicians are unable to rely on the city provided on the order they are given. We currently have an issue where incorrect surveys get synced to mobile. In brief, We have set our sync rules to exclude survey type = Call Center that in inactive. When using Call Center the times recorded are incorrect (created, modified...);showing 1 hour behind the actual time. The support organization time zone is Europe/London(UTC + 0). Is there any setup to make sure the right time is recorded for case activities?
