IFS MWO Service 10: Tool to modify Layout/Data in the Service Report

In the mWO we have the possibility to print the Service Report. In most projects there is the need to modify this report regarding layout and/or data as it is possible to adapt the reports which are available in IEE or Aurena.

Which possibilities do we have to modify the Service Report regarding layout and data which should be printed. Which tool can be used or was used to implement this report?

Is thereany other possibility to create a report with an own layout and data from mWO which can be started in mWO. Do you have any idea how to solve this requirement?

Hi,

Service Report is a normal aurena page so some configuration can be done in the aurena page designer.

Hi Subash, thanks for your answer. The requirement of the customer is, that a report with 3 main sections should be available. Each section hold much fixed text and some field with dynamic date from the current work assigment. Do you see any change to modify the Service Report with Page Designer? or better to use the existing Service Report as the base for a totaly new layout?

Hi, first you can check whether the required dynamic data can be fetched from the available page designer fields or not. if not, you have to go for a customization for this requirement.
