In the upgrade from APP8 to APP10, existing PM Actions and Work Orders were converted to the new Work Task method by creating a multiple Work Tasks with one individual Resource for every Tools and Facilities attached to the APP8 record. We would like to have one Work Task created with each of the Tools and Facilities added to the Resources tab. Is this possible?

In App8 it is possible either to connect ‘Tool & facility’ to an ‘Operation No’ or not. Therefore, if tools are connected to an Operation No in APP8, they will be created connecting to the same Work Task in APP10. So all tools connected to an operation will be connected to a one work task in APP10. However, if tools are not connected to an operation in APP8, a new work task is created connecting to each tool in APP10 when upgrading.
This is how the old functionality is mapped into new task functionality.
