Hello,We are running into an issue where it appears the calculated planned costs are doubling tax amounts for purchase order lines. It appears this can be a somewhat common issue based on other community posts, but we’ve been unsuccessful tracking down where this double tax calculation is coming from, even after reading other community posts. Below are some screenshots with a specific example, however, this issue is present on other projects as well, not just this project/activity. The other community posts seem to focus on other areas of IFS instead of the project planned cost. Has anyone experienced this before and been successful in tracking down where this double tax calculation is coming from when occurring on a project’s planned cost? This specific project activity is showing a planned cost of $4,580.Project connectio

When using the IFS Plugin for MS Projects, I get  a “Metadata not found” error when trying to import or export between Ms Projects and IFS.I am able to populate the list of projects, but all other interaction seems to generate this error. We are using MS Projects (16.0.16130.20218) and IFS Cloud 22R1 (Update 10).

I want to confirm one thing in IFS Cloud function, “Dynamic Order Processing (DOP)”. In  “News In IFS Manufacturing IFS Cloud 23R1”, I have found “DOP Improvements” section start from page 129.While, I know that DOP is stated as “Deprecated functions” on page 25 in “Release Notes Summary IFS Cloud 21R1”. How is DOP function positioned in the roadmap of IFS Cloud in the future ?Will it still be “Deprecated” or not any more as vital function ?I am so glad if DOP will live long. It is so important as a part of “Seiban” function in Japanese Manufacturing market.

Hi Community,When selecting credit entire invoice in the project invoices window by RMB, the following error message pops up. The address tab in the customer window is filled. Are there any other places the default delivery address is being picked from? I also checked the addresses tab under the Project window. However, this is not filled for any of the customers. Hello, We have a event action that blocks Sales Managers from updating commissions on orders that was created previously. We need to allow one Sale Manager to be able edit commissions.  Is there a way to disable this event action for a single user only through IFS?  Thank you for your help!

Hi All,In my case, employees report time against the project activities through Time Registration window. Once time registration is authorized, finance users generated T vouchers against the time registrations through the process called "Transfer Project Cost Accounting Transactions”. It will create employee project cost accounts for the entered time. If an employee applied for an absence/leave, employee will not add working time for that day in Time Registration. And project cost accounting records will not create for the absence days. My requirement is to create project accounting for the absence date as well. Community, i have couple demands in a project delivery, which cannot be changed with the required date, always get the error “The need date cannot be earlier than the earliest start date”.  please refer to the attached screenshots. i know the date is inherited from activity end date, system will do the backward scheduling. the activity finished date is changed to end of 2023, but we still cannot make the changes to the required date. shall we have to check the parent, grandparent and grand grand parent??? 

We have some support contracts in the screen with the navigation below which are owned by a user who has left, and their IFS account is deactivated. How can the ownership be changed to the person now doing the role, and the same will apply to any Support Key ownership as well.  I have tried editing the ownership and changed by details below, as MP01897 has left, but cannot find any way to do that, and because this runs for many  years, we cannot just wait for it to expire: I guess the same will apply to changing any Support Keys related to these agreements as well, but have not started looking at that yet. Thanks for any assistance.

Hello,We are using Apps 10, UPD13.  We have an Unfinished Activity Work description - "There are Purchase Order lines which have not been invoiced." This is related to an object on the Activity > Supply > Purchase Order Lines tab where the item shows the invoiced Qty, etc. fields are blank.  It is an inventory item, qty 1 was ordered and received The Posting Proposal for the manual supplier invoice shows that the PO line isn’t matched The manual supplier invoice is PaidPostedDoes anyone know if there is a way for the user to resolve this and continue closing the activity/project?
