A resource group has four employees connected. All employees have 8 hour schedule per day. But the total numbers of hours per day of the resource group also shows 8. Shouldn’t it be 32 hours? It does not get updated although ‘Calculate Resource Capacity’ is run. How to get this corrected?

Hi,

A couple of things you could check:

  • Is the Capacity Calculation Base of the resource group set to Individuals?
  • Are the resources in the group set to 100% utilisation for that group?
