User is (sometimes) getting error “Incorrect Time Entry. You are not a resource for this Work No 14510 Task 51913” However checking the details he is a resource against that WO and Task. This is only happening some of the time - not all the time and I can’t figure out what the issue could be. Any help would be appreciated

Did you check the maintenance organization of the Work Task?
Maybe the user belongs to another Maintenance Organization.
Otherwise I cannot think why this error occurs some times.

Sorry for the late respons, but I was on leave the last few days.
Based on the screenshot, it is still hard to see what the issue is.
Can you show me extra information on teh resource Brandon Twolan?
- Resource structure
- WT resource tab
- WT Assignment tab with the field Resource
- Time regsitreation with all the filled field (so do move the error message)
- Employee file for the employment dates
Hope that information will be sufficient.
Thanks for the assistance however we were able to figure out the issue - it was some bad data in a custom event
