We have a project where cost breakdown is like mentioned above. When we checked the baseline there’s an extra $26,826.58 in cost that doesn’t show under project connections. That extra $26,826.58 has come from an Activity which is in Cancelled state. 

Can a cancelled Activity have a baseline cost? 

There is no planned/estimated cost.  I tried to add it on the estimate tab, rebaseline, delete, then rebaseline but I can’t because the activity is cancelled.  Simply rebaselining does not fix it.
