Hi I have a quick question on crystal report on EDU environment APPS10. I cant seem to download the Crystal Runtime files from the add-ons, could someone please explain to me why this is the case?

Hi , I have a requirement where the lobby  must show the count when the reminder is due (from purchase order screen )and filter applied in reminder due as ‘ yes ‘ and on clicking the count it must navigate to purchase order confirmation reminders screen where it must show the data where the reminder due is yes . but for me it is showing the count for all the data in the page without recognizing the filter . if I add filter as reminder due is yes inside the navigation , it is not working properly .  PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_ALL - View used in datasource PURCHASE_ORDER_API.Get_Contract(order_no)= ContractAND Purchase_Order_Line_Api.Get_Ord_Conf_Reminder(order_no , line_no , release_no) = 'Print Order Reminder'  - this is the SQL condition I have given page/PurchaseOrderConfirmationReminders/List - This is the navigation I have given in element designer for now . if I try adding reminder due = yes inside this navigation it is not workin

Hi All, When I preview a SQL Quick Report in EE, it correctly shows titles in mixed case. However when I preview the same report in Aurena, it only shows first word in mixed case and others in lower case. If you have any prefix like ‘%’ it then even shows first word in lower case.Does anyone know a solution/workaround for this? EE  Aurena 

Hello TeamAfter configuring the watermark in the one of the Order report, i am not able to get the watermark image in my generated PDF file. I already copied the .jpg file in Application server’s folder still not working. Can anyone help on this topic.RegardsImran Khan

Hi there!We are running IFS APPS10 in managed cloud and I want to establish the data pipeline to our data warehouse. I want to use the Information Sources for this purpose. While everything that comes with IFS is fine so far I am missing some information that are standard fields (like “Coordinator” in customer order). I have gotten some information on how to add custom attributes to information sources but not how to add additional standard fields to a pre-build information source. Has anyone encountered the same challenge and overcome it? I am thankful for any advice or explanation on how to achieve this. If you need more information please let me know. Thank you and regards,Sören  

Background: Our users would like “Keyword Search's” enabled for Customers window, Quotes window, etc.…Problem: Each Keyword Search must have enabled “Search Domain” which contains three jobs: Synchronized, Optimized, and Rebuilt. Where can I find the list of new information sources released with IFS Cloud 22R1 release. I checked the release notes and “22R1 Service Updates - Fixes” shared in the community and there is no information about list of new IS’s.

HiWondering if anybody else has encountered this issue - our IT department don’t want users to create a trusted location C:\users\username\dowloads to be able to view output of business reporter reports. Apart from BRES is there any other way users could view report output without creating trusted locationThanksGT

when i install ifs business reporter to any user it raises this error while running the report. sometimes it work but mostly user receive this error, specially with the user with fresh installation.   

When printing an order report, can we print it together with the pdf attached to the attachments? Waiting for your solutions.

Hi, I need to schedule a BR to be sent by MAIL to a distribution list. when I setup a schedule via “Report Schedule”  this report is only available via Report Archive and nothing is sent by mail to the distribution list... even to me if I specify to be sent by Email when finished. what am I missing pleaseThanks   

Can we use bar charts/pie charts in BR reports in design level? Is there any limitations?

I created an Information Source(IS) using an IAL to design a business report. We had to add additional columns to IAL, so I deleted the existing IS and tried create the IS again. I got below error. It seems the IS is not deleted from database. The workaround is to change the view name and create the IS. The issue is then I have to re design the business report. Customer is on 21R2 track. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
