Received the following error after BR client installation (MSI installer)
MS Office 2019
Database is in Read Write mode and started correct?
What are the details saying?
Is the port to the database open from the client where you try ro connect from? I mean your computer is directly able to connect to port 1521?
@Bernd Osterkamp Thanks for the reply...This computer is not in our company network..trying to connect via VPN..The error details have nothing in it..

You get this message by simply start Office, or when you try to connect?How did you install the Add-In? With Admin rights?

We installed using the following..Is this giving an option to install as Admin ?
Ok, how do the users work, do they use Citrix or similar software?Can you please try to get an administrator user on this PC and try to start Office again?It looks like an access issue.to me.Is this error present on other PCs as well?
