Corrupt BR Excel Files

Hello,

 

We keep getting corrupt BR Excel files that are placed on our network drive:

This is completely wiping out our BR Excel reports and are unable to recover...Any thoughts?

Hi @KPalmieri ,

 

Is your network drive location added as a trusted loaction in “Microsoft Office Trust Center”? 

 

Try setting privacy options for the network location.

Hi, did the above fix this or did you have another solution as I am having the same issue. It saves down ok but then any changes and the same message you have appears and the file is then corrupt.
