Hi all,We want to add custom menu on Execute Job page but when I try to create new projection configuration I can’t find entity name of IntfaceHeader. Is there any specific reason why I cant find it. Does any one know how can we solve that?  

I'm doing a feasibility on following integration modification on APP09. We need to get currency rates from an extremal API and update the currency rates in IFS app09 IEE via a scheduled outbound.  This is the POSTMAN tool example for the end pint request  We need to pass the API Key and Base Currency as query parameters. I found that this cannot be done using Plsqlap_Server_API.Invoke_Outbound_Request_BizAPI in App09. In App10, we have Plsql_Rest_Sender_API which allows us to pass query parameters.Could you please let me know if there are any other ways to achieve this in App09, or if it is possible using Plsqlap_Server_API?

Hi,Using workflow I was trying to automate the “Receive” functionality present on “My Self-Service Request History” screen. This same functionality is also present on “Register Arrival” screen. I checked in the code of the assistant that pops up when this button is clicked. The assistant populates data in the virtual(s) using an action “InsertSelection” which accepts 2 parameters, first one is of CLOB type. So, I tried to replicate this step into my workflow using the below 3 blocks -

Hi All,We have a scenario where we want to share a (by the company that ordered the goods) Lot/Batch number with the supplier, that needs to be used in the delivery. This Lot/Batch number needs to be generated or given when creating the purchase order line. Once we are recieving this PO, and assigning na Lot/Batch number at reciept, its not updated towards to PO-line. Can someone explain what the purpuse is of this field, and how to use it?  Thanks in advance for helping.

After entering value of PrePosting in Purchase Requisition line (for a non-inventory part) and Purchase Order Line which is generated from purchase order, only M91 transaction does not have a value entered in Pre-Posting. Hi All,In IFS, we have the standard functionality to email purchase orders (POs) directly to suppliers.However, I am considering a scenario where the supplier’s contact person may be on leave and has an “Out of Office” automatic reply set up in Outlook. Is there a way to handle such automatic replies or bounce-back messages from the IFS mail server side?Anything that we can do from IFS side?Thanks,Chamath

Hi,Please help me figure out why the EBITDA lobby element needs a workflow.The requirement is to activate the EBITDA standard lobby element in the Finance KPI section. Therefore, I’ve set up the Accounts in the EBITDS Accounting Structure. Nothing works. While the lobby captures manual entries, I believe there should be a way to streamline this process since it is a standard lobby element.Where might I be going wrong? 

We are receiving this error message from our environments.  We have done a Dictionary Cache Refresh but a deployment has not been done for 4 days. Error stack:Bad metadata error:The group: CustomerOrderDeliveryGroup does not exist in dictionary! We do our own deployments and develop in the Cust Layer just as FYI.  Did Refreshing the Dictionary Cache do something from our last deployment that caused this issue or how do these groups relate to the Dictionary Thanks

Hi,I am finding when trying to rollback a schedule it can fail. In the example below I am trying to get 29th Apr (yesterday), but the Schedule Time comes up for May last year.  I am finding sometimes the roll back works fine. In other times I shows me a date from a year ago, but the data in PSO for the plans are as if they’re live. Any ideas on this, or what to looks at in the events? Ady

Hello everyone,We've noticed some recent changes in the release communication format for the new 25 Release. Specifically: The posts no longer include a brief summary of the attached documents, which was very helpful in the past. The presentation format seems different and not as detailed or aligned with the previous structure. We are also missing the “IFS Cloud 25R1 - What's New in Cloud Platform and Tools” and “IFS Cloud 24R2 - What's New Summary” post, which were typically available. Additionally: There's no mention of the OAuth token timeout change to 3 minutes, which is important for integration purposes. If I'm not mistaken, 25R1 introduced the ability to cancel an already posted invoice, but I haven't found any official documentation on this feature yet

When adding a complimentary part to a Customer Order rental line, the complimentary part is being added to the sales tab. Expectation per IFS documentation is to have the complimentary part added to the rental tab. IFS cloud 24R2. What is causing this behavior?

We are going to be switching over to the cloud and we have a few implementations that we are going to try to get inside IFS using the Developer Studio.  I have been testing a few different things out to get a better understanding on everything.I am having an issue with a command.  In my first case, if I Override the page, add a command group and command it will display on the for Form.  In my second attempt, I am just trying to get the command to display in the Commands list so I can add it via the Page Designer without overriding the page.  But this command does not show up in the list of commands.  Am I missing something here?  Can it only be done the first way that I mentioned? 

This is a functionality that looks like it’s been degraded in cloud and that is the ability to select multiple items from the list of values.For example, on NCR’s we have a “Source ID” list. In IEE we could select multiple items in the list by hitting CTRL and clicking the item we wanted to select and IFS would then separate those values with a semi-colon. Now in lists in cloud, when you select an item, it closes the LOV and you are then forced to manually enter the remaining items from memory.Is there anywhere in page designer that I can change this functionality? IEE, selecting multiple by holding CTRL and clicking, then IFS separates each value with a ; and does a search for source ID = INTERNALERROR OR source ID = MRB NCR OR etc.

Where can I change the invoice date on a Customer Oder invoice to previous month before printing?I have changed the voucher date on Print Invoice screen but although it posts transaction in previous month, the invoice date is still today’s date?

Hello everyone,Our customer would like to carry out vacation, sick leave and tour simulations based on historical data.We have tried to upload the data to WISE using a CSV file. However, no activities are displayed on the map.If we select the option “Use from existing Schedule”, the activities appear as expected.However, since we want to use historical data to simulate a scenario for a whole year in advance, this option is not suitable for us.We have checked the coordinates and they are correct. Does the Activity_Type have to be defined in PSO beforehand or something else?  Does anyone have any idea why this might be the case? Thank you!

To ensure full attribute availability, customers are now advised to use the projection service CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling.svc, which exposes the relevant data through the CustomerOrderInvHeadSet projection.
