In the MWO Service App (Version:26.1.3375.0), the customer contact’s mobile number is not displayed, only office phone is displayed on the Work Task Details page, even though it is maintained in the Customer Master.
Any guidance from the community would be greatly appreciated to help determine whether this behavior is expected by system design, or driven by configuration, or a known defect.
