In IFS9 , we used a custom field when creating Business Activity. Sales reps could choose from a drop down list one or several labels (e.g. different product groups or important trends such as COVID). This helped management and R&D to easily find relevant information from the Business Activities withouth manually going through hundreds of activities.
In IFS9 this custom field was searchable with filter function. In CLOUD, the filter function have been removed for custom fields in Business Activities.
