I tried to use region structure (parent and child) functionality to allocate resources to different regions.
I thought if I add a resource to a parent region he will be visible in dispatch console when we filter for a child region as well. However, a resource can only be seen when we filter with that specific region only.
I saw that region structure works in PSO and selection rules for contractors. Isn’t it working in dispatch console?
