Hi
In the MWO Service App (Version:26.1.3375.0), the customer contact’s mobile number is not displayed, only office phone is displayed on the Work Task Details page, even though it is maintained in the Customer Master.
Any guidance from the community would be greatly appreciated to help determine whether this behavior is expected by system design, or driven by configuration, or a known defect.

+23It seems to be by design. The RequestTask entity only has “CONTACT_PHONE_NO”. If you need to mobile number as well, it would need to be configured.

I reviewed the Entity Page in IFS Cloud 25R1 but was unable to locate the RequestTask entity. Could you please confirm which IFS Cloud version you are referring to, or if the entity is exposed under a different name in your environment?
+23Ah sorry, I did check 25R2. Check in Page Designer what entity is used by these controls and see if the mobile number is available on that entity.
